OMG.. I must say I see a great improvement at my favorite Macy's Starbucks in First Colony Mall ! The Service today exceeded my expectations and the Manager and the cashier were amazing ! They were kind ,professional and very friendly . I enjoyed sitting there and enjoying my coffee as I observed them giving every customer great friendly service. Sara and Joy
Friendly and attentive service. Able to prepare food for a hospital visit I needed to make. Drinks were perfectly brewed and done. Very pleasurable experience.
Me and my daughter had great service and caring staff. My daughter was under the weather and a wonderful staff member recommended a mint tea and it was perfect!
