“Fantastic friendly staff! Great service at this location. Music in the background and usually a moderate crowd. The interior of this strip center seems to amplify the sounds a bit, so conversations can be hard to follow unless toned up. I highly recommend this Starbucks because of the staff, easy in and out, and proximity to so many amenities!“
“Great service. Good caring people. Neat and clean restaurant. Ready to holiday with music and decorations. They didn’t have the pop cakes so we end up with up snow man cookies and chili ate croissant. Kids loved it. Ample of indoor seating. Great ambient. Welcoming atmosphere.“

“This is a new store so obviously everything is clean new and tidy. They even have a small bar and Starbucks. I have always been greeted in each area and if I am looking for something they not only tell you what isle it's on but walk you directly to the product so you are not wandering the isle looking for it. So why not 5 stars? Lets just say I have had some of the best checkout people there and some that you wonder how they figured out how to make it through the front door. One of which was so bad I almost dropped my rating to 3 stars but I don't think one person should bring down the hard work of others. Team Kroger keep up the good work but certain people may need to be retrained on the registers.“
“Service is awesome. The manager is a very kind man and i appreciate his service. We ordered 8 drinks at once and there were two mistakes, one of them was my mistake i ordered a drink hot that was meant to be cold, and they accidentally left behind a drink that we came back for because we fortunately were staying nearby. Both mistakes were quickly fixed and i got a refund for the mistake they made.“
“I love coming here after my super epic masculine work outs and getting a pinkity drinkity with strawberry cold foam. It’s so very epic and cool when I pull up in my 2018 ford F150 and those handsome baristas (yes the girls and boys) sit there and chat with me about horses and dinosaurs and patriarchy. “The location to me is really convenient. I can always find what I need and they have good fresh produce, dairy products, meat and all staff. The only issue I had last time was that I was looking for an item and asked 3 different attendants to find it. First I asked from the employees in the pharmacy as I was looking for a mask. First time they sent me to the isle that I couldn't find the mask there, second time I asked from another employee in pharmacy and she sent me to another isle and I couldn't find it. Then I went to a cashier to ask her where the item is and she said she is confused a little and unfortunately she can't help me and called another lady to helping me . Finally she could find it and give it to me. I wish they were more organized.“
“This is my location and I just want to say when I come in the morning, no matter how busy they are just super focused and every seems to work together. As a business owner you’ll just see know they were working together very hard. (03/22/24) like when you hit a stride and everyone is doing their best in their own area. It’s was really nice. “They didn't have berries for my drink that comes with berries but they charged same price and made no accommodations for the inconvenience. So I ended up with a clear drink that is usually red it had same flavor but it felt weird and didn't seem as refreshing.“
“Quick service. Even considering the volume of cars and customers they have to handle. Great tasting and consistent flavors.Vegetarian options: Many of the pastry options are vegetarian. I would like to see more vegan other than the bagel, however, it is great that they do have a lot of vegetarian options.“
“So, just like any other Starbucks this Starbucks made excellent gourmet style coffee. I had a cappuccino and ordered a café mocha. It turned out to be great. Location is also great. It is right off of Mason Road there is parking. The only thing I did not really like was the sitting arrangement There were no lounge chairs or comfortable sitting. Also the sitting area was congested but I can understand there is not much can be done with that specific shop.I would like to end this by giving it a five star for the service and the coffee and three star for atmosphere.“
