20 mins in the drive thru where there were at most 5 cars ahead of me. Got to the window and they gave me the cake pops I had ordered for my kiddos in the back seat and said have a nice day. I said I’m missing my drink... the girl goes to find it and of course, not made. Took another 2 mins waiting for them to bring drink. Drove off and took a sip... Whatever I got was either not the drink I ordered or an absolutely disgusting version of it. It was a $6 drink, so I called back...read full review
typical star bucks. got my iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich and it was prompted friendly service.

This Starbucks location is known for friendly, professional service. The crew is amazing and always greet customers, wish them a good day, and ask if you need anything else. Even super early, a worker made a hot version of a brown sugar shaken espresso and it was perfect. When a drink was ordered wrong, the worker listened and delivered a great coffee without hesitation. The store manager takes time to understand what is wrong and makes it right, showing patience. Food and drink are good, and the staff is friendly when asked for water. Parking can be horrendous and far, but the smile on arrival makes for a good experience. It is considered the best Starbucks around.
