“The food is great. The service, well, sometimes you get an awesome waiter and sometimes a good one but overall good. Their carrot cake is amazing, which is a shame because I need to workout double when I have a slice. So worthy though!”
“This is the top of my list!! I am in love with this place. Even the the top restaurants in NYC beat these guys in terms of the quality of service and the food. Firstly, I admire and appreciate the fact the owner/Chef Lori herself was present there. They had 15-20 mins wait we didn’t mind. They were packed on Saturday but the service was so fast. Starting from the door host explained the process so well and inside we were greeted by Chef Lori and we ordered and sat. We wanted extra bread and they got us couple more bread and they didn’t charge us. We were happy to pay but that isn’t the point. I am not sure if they are Michelin but if they are not they absolutely deserve it!! The food was warm and absolutely yummy and the price was not expensive.”

Despite that, I'd definitely return for the curry, but I'll pass on the juice next time.”
“Ever since they opened this place we have tried to go at least once a month. The staff is great. They have always taken good care of us. One time we came here almost close to closing time and everything was still prepared well and fresh. They even gave me a birthday cake/ice cream. They anticipate the needs of our table even during times that they have been busy. Always respectful and friendly. My favorites are Sexy roll and Scorpion. Delicious ?❤️??”

“Well this is funny. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into when I walked in to Pucci. I was going with my family to get coffee and ended up at the Gucci version of a Dog shop. It was definitely the vibe of upscale and glamorous. It was very clean and had lots of interesting dog accessories and clothing for sale throughout the cafe. But what was really amazing is the outdoor patio area! That was cool!The staff were kind, courteous, and attentive. They had a decent selection of sweet treats and drinks. I had the matcha latte and cheesecake. Both were good!Maybe I’ll go back even if it’s not my cup of tea.”

“Went on a weekday to grab some dinner, and I was surprised it was pretty empty. Luckily, more customers trickled in because this place was amazing! Service was great; very warm and friendly vibes! Roti canai was very spicy, but it was so good. The chicken satay, roasted Hainanese chicken + rice, and sizzling tofu were delicious. The stir fry flat noodle with chicken is worth trying once. Overall great experience and we'll be back to try other food items!”

“By far, one of my absolute favorite tea/coffee shops. If you live around Cypress/Katy or even further this is a must try. Their milk teas are so fresh and you can actually taste the tea in it. My favorite is the taro milk tea!! They also have great coffee that can be customized however you want. Of course they have a million other great drinks and food. What I also love about Pu’er is their peaceful atmosphere. I love to come here to study and catch up on some work. Try it next!! ?”

“Stopped in while traveling home to SA from Houston one day. Just happened upon Adrian's and Mexican Street Food sounded good. We were greeted by a friendly waitress who wound up serving us. I ordered the Quesibirria Tacos (Corn tortillas stuffed with our delicious birria meat, topped with cilantro and onions with a side of birria soup) with a side of refried beans. My traveling companion ordered the Taco Mix (One of each: Tacos Adrian, Pastor, Caprichos, Quesibirria, Cochinita, and Yeizuzz Taco). They brought out chips and salsa of course. Their red sauce was good, but the green was much better, however, there are usually two types of hot sauce on the table, once is savory and smoky, the other nice and hot! Mixed that on my chips with the green salsa and it was fire!The tacos arrived and they looked great. Once I tried the Quesibirria Tacos, I was hooked. I have had plenty of them, and even made them myself, but this was a damn good taco. My best so far. This taco epitomizes what the current craze is over Quesibirria. The consume was perfect and great to dip the taco in, but I saved it for last - opting for some hot sauce instead. I tried one with a bit of refried beans on it and MAN, that was a whole new level of flavor.I highly recommend going here and giving it a shot. Great food, friendly service and good times.”

For the food, it was all well priced & large portions. We had: 2/5 spicy tuna roll - spiced well but really tasted & felt like it had been made way far in advance 4/5 chicken katsu bowl - great chicken, super crispy with steamed veg. Had I not had the sauces on the side I would not have been able to eat the dish 5/5 spicy chicken & cashew had a great taste, was hot & fresh but the chicken got soggy fast Overall a place we will visit again.”

I wasn't expecting much from it since we were hungry and didn't want to drive into town to look for good ramen and sushi. I was very surprise that every dish we order was very good. The hot dog has a nice crisps on the skin. I would say is one of the best I had so far. The ramen did not disappoint either. The flavoring was just right not too salty. The sushi rice can be better but the fish quality was good. The service was outstanding. I would definitely come back when I'm too lazy to drive far for good food. Overall experience was great!!”

Everything else was perfect. Especially the Empanadas we had beef and chicken. OMG the corn on the cob! I can eat that all day!!! We chose to be seated in the patio area. The patio had a thick, clear plastic covering the entire area that day, which made it an even more enjoyable experience because the wind was blowing. Had a classic waffle (it was flaccid, yuck), hashbrowns smothered/covered/chunked (with onions cheese & ham) (OK, but thought the texture of the potatoes was oddly pasta-esque), and biscuits & gravy (the best of the bunch, biscuit was warm and pleasant, gravy had good sausage flavor). Coffee was good, unsweet ice tea also good. Server was very nice, and was definitely the best part of the whole experience.”

“I have been wanting to try SomiSomi for so long and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. There was a line out of the door but it went pretty quick. They even had shelving to stand by and eat. We got the soft serve cups (milk/ horchata swirl & cookies and cream/ ube swirl) plus two taiyaki (Oreo and Nutella). We absolutely loved it. Probably some of the best ice cream I’ve had in the states. The horchata/milk was top tier, every bite tasted like cinnamon toastcrunch cereal milk! Plus they let you add simple toppings at the end. The taiyaki was everything I was waiting for and I wish we got more. 10/10, 100% recommend!”

“This is the cutest coffee shop ever!!! Reminds me of a bed and breakfast. The building must have been a residential property at some point which adds to the charm. I felt at home when I walked in. I always substitute for flour tortillas and fajita beef/chicken. This location stated they couldn’t do it and never heard of it and they only had the premade versions. There should be some way that all locations can be informed of the substitutions available. Call the other locations and confirm. They will tell you they do it all the time.”

Place is always packed in the mornings. (Wish they opened at 4:00 a.m.!) Even if there's a long line, it's definitely worth the wait!”

The decor is clean and modern, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Jinya is in a strip mall, with dark tinted windows, so it's easy to walk right by it, and not notice it's a restaurant, but once you get inside, it's a surprisingly attractive place. I am very spoiled by Ramen I have had in Tokyo (obviously the best place to get Ramen), but Jinya is very good, and a good value, and I will definitely come back.”

“Yay for Filipino food (executed well) in Katy! Sad and surprised that Patis & Toyo have low /mixed reviews here, because the few times that I've been, it was nothing short of great! We have been for Breakfast/Brunch and the food, although a bit pricey, is so delicious, and I'm saying that as a Filipino too! They bring out complimentary shrimp chips w/ "suka" (onion spiced vinegar) to start, and it is addicting. For brunch, the "silog" plates are the way to go- which includes your traditional hearty Filipino breakfast of eggs, garlic rice, and protein of your choice. Cornsilog (garlic fried Corned Beef) and Bangusilog (marinated Milkfish) are very yummy. The Spamsilog is also pretty good! FYI-Brunch plates are served only until 1:00 PM daily, so get it as you can. Presentation is also lovely which is what we usually don't get with Filipino plates. The restaurant itself is family owned and operated, which I thought was really nice, and service is always very friendly. The ambiance and decor is modern with many natural Filipino elements incorporated. They also have the option of ordering catering trays which I will keep in mind for my future events. Although to some Filipinos it may come off as a fusion style restaurant, I think they stay true to the flavors with a modern twist, and we really love it!”

The salad was fresh and had several options to choose from. It appears they have added a trampoline area for smaller children. The crawfish were fire, I just wish the Cajun could be seasoned on the inside rather then the outside but it's nice to try something new and the mix flavor was good. The size and the price were amazing though, I think it's the first time we actually got a true 5 pounds of crawfish from anywhere. The servers are great and it's just a fun place to have dinner.”

We then shared the catfish plate which they separated for us. The coleslaw, tarter and cocktail sauces are all homemade and excellent. “I have come to this Popeyes location off and on for sometime. However I recently came here during my lunch hour. I must say the new manager “Ronnie” was polite and attentive. I ordered myself some ghosts pepper wings , which I highly recommend. My meal was nice and hot and my beverage was nice and cold.The dining area was clean and organized. “I'll start by saying that Canes is very hard to review because the tenders are great. I can review my last visit, which was not the best service. I ordered a 25 tender party tray, a gallon of lemonade, and a party tray of fries, and I felt as though they forgot about my order. After waiting 43 minutes inside, I received my order, and the employee behind the counter handed me a free box combo card and said it was from the manager. Although im grateful the manager didn't even acknowledge us. Since we love the food, our issue was resolved as soon as we ate but as stated before the service was no Bueno.”

“Joy Love Burgers is a must try! My boyfriend and I both enjoyed our meals. I had the Lone star burger with curly fries and he had the 2 piece catfish with 6 shrimp and curly fries. The burgers are huge and you can tell they are homemade patties. They are seasoned and have a good char on them! The bun is soft and delicious. The fish and shrimp are delicious. I have tried some of their cakes before and I’m sure they have drinks as well, but it is kind of expensive, which gets a little frustrating.I would say that I would come here a lot more of the prices were less, but it definitely feels like special occasion kind of treats. And also the people that can afford it probably live near here in Katy so it must be a good location. If you have not tried this place before I definitely recommend you to try it. It was more of crushed paani puri and plain boondi mix instead of authentic papdi.They should definitely get the real papdi for the chaat instead of these makeshift arrangements.The sitting is basic but peaceful for a late evening visit after dinner. “I went to Gringos to order the taquitos. I frequent the Gringos Pearland, Texas City, and sometimes Fuqua (Houston) locations for work. I always substitute for flour tortillas and fajita beef/chicken. This location stated they couldn’t do it and never heard of it and they only had the premade versions. There should be some way that all locations can be informed of the substitutions available. Call the other locations and confirm. They will tell you they do it all the time.”

The jalapeño coleslaw is a must have get a large and the sweet potato cassarole is omg taste amazing!! Having lived in Sarasota, FL for a while, I was skeptical about how good it would be but it was absolutely delicious. All their cookies were. “New favorite Mexican?! Swung by for lunch yesterday and I am already dreaming of coming back. The wait staff were friendly & attentive, cups did not stay empty for long. I ordered the El Jimador Rita and my mom the Ultimate Rico's, both were really tasty and satisfying. Coming here, you MUST order the Stuffed Avocado, it stole the entire show for this meal. I've never seen one served quite like this, but it's absolute perfection. The Ranchero sauce as a marinara like feel to it that is absolutely to die for. The breading is lovely, all of the flavors and textures just worked so well together my mouth is watering as I type. The Beef Fajita tacos were tender and I really enjoyed that the meat was chopped, i definitely prefer that over thick strips. The Charro Beans were cooked well and had some of the best flavor I've had in a while. Tortilla soup tasted like it came straight out of grandmas kitchen! A cozy and simple dish, you really can't go wrong.”

Jesse, my server was very polite and warned me that the green salsa in the Coca Cola bottle was very spicy. Thank you for that Jesse, cause it was very spicy, but I had to try it for myself. Lol The chips and salsa were good. Nothing epic like I was expecting after reading some previous reviews on Facebook foodies page. The taco was nice and fresh with plenty on lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. I feel that it might be a tad overpriced at $5.50. Just my opinion. The carne guisada was good (not the best I've had) but pretty good. The beans and rice were good and so were the tortillas, appeared made in house. Overall, I think what makes it is what was mentioned by a customer on a Facebook foodie post, is the friendliness of the staff. They are very nice and attentive. “We tried them for lunch on a Monday afternoon. This was our first time. I was a little hesitant because there seemed to be a bit of hype around this place. When we walked in, the first thing you noticed was how clean everything was. We were greeted happily by the young man behind the counter. He asked if it was our first time visiting. We said yes. He proceeded to explain the menu and the current specials. I was taken back by huge slices. We ordered 2 slices and garlic knots to go. I was bety surprised. First, it was a great value second the pizza reminded me of a large New York slice. It's just a little bigger. We will definitely be back. This is a must try. Great topping great pizza .”

This peri peri style of chicken in the hot flavor was perfectly tender, juicy and tasty. No complaints. Ranking the sides from best to worst would be the mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and then lastly the peas. Not saying the peas were not tasty, just a different take on peas. With how flavorful the chicken is, I don't see a point of using their sauces. Overall, meal was great and we will be back in the future.”
