Chick-fil-A in Katy

“Chick-fil-A was a solid choice. I had the salad, and it was fresh, light, and nicely put together. It was a simple meal, but it tasted really good and left me feeling satisfied.
The service was efficient and friendly, which added to the experience. Everything was handled smoothly, and the whole visit felt easy and pleasant.“

There was a young man named Denzel who didn't mind getting wet and helped me carry my son's car seat inside my house. “Great place! I had a great experience at this Chick-fil-A. Food came quickly and we delivered by one of the servers named Tristan he took the time to help pray over our food and shared a great laugh with us. The dining room was clean and well kept. “Neat Chick-fil-A! When we walked in the first time (a week prior) we were greeted by a person who had us take a seat and we ordered at the table with her. Wow! Had more of a restaurant feel, which was pretty neat. We came in this time and sat down and thought we'd have the same service... which we didn't. That part seems to be inconsistent for some reason. Last week and this week our order was missing at least 1 item (a drink, a fry, a fruit cup.) Also the person taking our order both days seemed like she didn't want to be there. Maybe they are having some staff issues or something, but its got great potential!
