Chick-fil-A in Katy

“Tonight was the worst experience I've had with Chick-Fil-A. I went to the one on Pin Oak and ordered a meal at the drive thru. It was standard procedure (the girl at drive thru was very nice). As they do, she asked if I wanted sauce. I said yes. I got to the window and they gave me my meal. After arriving home, there was zero sauce. The receipt showed that I should have gotten 5. Now, please understand that my daughter makes this concoction that doesn't work without the sauce. So, I had to drive back to CFA to ge the sauce. I called just before I pulled in and spoke with a female, explained the situation and asked if someone could bring it out to me at the drive thru. I told her what vehicle I was driving and that I was sitting at the Pedestrian Crosswalk. No one showed up. As I sat and waited the line cleared in front of me and another female employee asked me to move up to the window. I explained why I was sitting there and she stated that they would have it at the window. I proceeded to the window where I was met with multiple employees who looked and acted clueless. They all just shrugged their shoulders at each other. Finally, as the ridiculousness of the situation sank in, i decided to call back. This time I spoke with a gentleman. Ultimately I did get the CFA sauce, but the struggle was real. It seems as though service has dropped at this location. Just very disappointed.“

“I always go to this location and everyone is always so kind but today was great. the little things really matter. Haley brought out my order and noticed that my frosted lemonade wasn’t full enough before she even handed it to me and went back to fix it. it really made me want to say something to appreciate her. so thank you for going above and beyond!“

“On Tuesday night, I was coming home from work and stopped to pick up my two-month-old son. There was a young man named Denzel who didn't mind getting wet and helped me carry my son's car seat inside my house. I want to thank him and say that this young man would be a great worker, very helpful, the best of the best. I thought maybe he was the boss, but he wasn't good job Denzel Washington♡“

“Great place! I had a great experience at this Chick-fil-A. Food came quickly and we delivered by one of the servers named Tristan he took the time to help pray over our food and shared a great laugh with us. The dining room was clean and well kept. Perfect for kids and the family. Everyone is super friendly! Well done!“

“Neat Chick-fil-A! When we walked in the first time (a week prior) we were greeted by a person who had us take a seat and we ordered at the table with her. Wow! Had more of a restaurant feel, which was pretty neat. We came in this time and sat down and thought we'd have the same service... which we didn't. That part seems to be inconsistent for some reason. Last week and this week our order was missing at least 1 item (a drink, a fry, a fruit cup.) Also the person taking our order both days seemed like she didn't want to be there. Maybe they are having some staff issues or something, but its got great potential!
