Additionally, they offered me recommendations on what to add to my salad which exponentially improved my experience here at this salata. “Extraordinary service from a very friendly and trained staff! Ignacio and Victoria and the entire staff hosted our very large group yesterday (50ish) and their service was impeccable from the moment we arrived until the last person was gone. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was carefully taken care of. Not one glass was empty and everyone raved about not only the great food selection but the food quality as well. Service was top notch. I highly recommend Bubba’s 33, whether for a casual lunch, or a large gathering. They will not disappoint! We look forward to more events for our group at Bubba’s 33!“

Lunch was super busy today, but they made sure to make everyone feel welcome and did not rush anyone through the line. “Chad was so amazing serving our church family on 06-14-2026 even though it was extremely busy. I could tell he was a little nervous and he has not been a waiter that long because I was one before. I spoke to him and gave him a few pointers and told him to just take your time and you will do fine. He was extremely polite and such a young gentleman and we will be back just to sit at his table. “Today me and my family were really hungry. We wanted something cooked fresh but fast because we had errands to run. I had my reservations in regards to MOD pizza because in the past, the pizza seemed overcooked, dry and the crust was burnt and the ingredients were not evenly distributed so I was not exactly the most happiest about the Morton Ranch location. Despite my apprehension we went to MOD pizza Morton Ranch and from the front counter where we placed our order the young lady there was awesome patient because we did have kids with us that were very picky eaters. She patiently took their orders. Made sure that the pizza looked the way they wanted it to look and then passed it to the lady that was putting the pizza’s in the oven. When our pizzas were ready, I can tell you that everything was fresh hot and not burnt. It was perfect. I thanked Jessica because she was the one turning the pizzas in the oven. She did a phenomenal job, her customer service was awesome because I even added another ingredient right before she put it in the oven and she gave me no pushback. She made sure that I had exactly what I wanted on my pizza and thanks to her I will be coming back again.“

“Tonight was the worst experience I've had with Chick-Fil-A. I went to the one on Pin Oak and ordered a meal at the drive thru. It was standard procedure (the girl at drive thru was very nice). As they do, she asked if I wanted sauce. I said yes. I got to the window and they gave me my meal. After arriving home, there was zero sauce. The receipt showed that I should have gotten 5. Now, please understand that my daughter makes this concoction that doesn't work without the sauce. So, I had to drive back to CFA to ge the sauce. I called just before I pulled in and spoke with a female, explained the situation and asked if someone could bring it out to me at the drive thru. I told her what vehicle I was driving and that I was sitting at the Pedestrian Crosswalk. No one showed up. As I sat and waited the line cleared in front of me and another female employee asked me to move up to the window. I explained why I was sitting there and she stated that they would have it at the window. I proceeded to the window where I was met with multiple employees who looked and acted clueless. They all just shrugged their shoulders at each other. Finally, as the ridiculousness of the situation sank in, i decided to call back. This time I spoke with a gentleman. Ultimately I did get the CFA sauce, but the struggle was real. It seems as though service has dropped at this location. Just very disappointed.“

“I frequently eat at CFA and this location is hands down the best. You can tell a difference in organization and well run place compared to other locations. I am grateful this one is where I frequent most.“

“Top level sandwiches, lots of variety, heavily loaded with meats, vegetables, fresh bread. I tipped the chief. Large portions, clean place, nice seating and tables. Their frequent eater program is reasonable on free food. Safe location just a little off thru parking lots. Try the potato salad as a side. Creamy, tasty.“
