Drive thru didn't look so bad, so we attempted it, although considering just bypassing. It smelled REALLY appetizing. We found a shaded spot on the way home and enjoyed the TENDER, JUICY fingers, the plump, salted-just-right fries, and the unbelievable but well-executed thought of a piece of toast!! “A new Kabob spot popped up on my Instagram so I had to make my way over. I think I actually saw a video of their saffron wings first, that video hooked me. Solid flavor on the wings and the two sauces that came with compliments them pretty well. The chicken kabobs were probably the juiciest I've ever seen, marinade lightly but just enough for me to want to go back and get some more. The two owners were very nice and hospitable. They offered us complimentary hot tea after our meal and I love me some tea! Located in a food truck park right behind Fusion Grill on Mason. There was probably 10 other trucks there but only a few open on Monday. Go get you some!“

This was my first time trying vegetarian Nepali cuisine - I usually indulge in vegetarian Indian dishes - and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty everything was.

My family ordered both the steamed momo and the fried momo, each served with a spicy sauce. A word of caution: the sauce is spicier than spicy, so use it carefully. We also enjoyed the tea - which was a bit too sweet for me, but it paired nicely with the food.

The setup is simple: a food truck parked in a gas station lot with four outdoor tables and benches. Despite the modest setting, the experience felt welcoming. The young lady taking orders was extremely pleasant. She was juggling order-taking, payments, food prep, and table delivery - all with a gracious smile. She even brought bottled water to our table without us asking. It is clear she runs the operation with efficiency, warmth, and pride.

“Went here with a group of coworkers after wanting to try it for some time. I had the lox crepe, and it was fantastic. The lox was (a) very fresh and (b) plentiful. Since this was intended as a lunch meal, I really appreciated that they did not skimp on the protein. I also ordered the green smoothie which was sweeter than anticipated but still very nice. Next time I will ask if they can reduce sugar. The table shared two sweet crepes (the Nutella & strawberry and the tiramisu) that were fantastic. I'm not a big sweets guy but these were quite nice. Had to finish it off with a hot chai tea latte to go. I will definitely be back with my family in the future!“

It’s so good and they give you such a large amount of the Fried rice, which is delicious.
