Ice cream is soft serve and not too sweet, which anyone who likes Asian desserts will appreciate. I wish they had more ice cream flavors, but they do rotate out. Great addition to Katy Asia town!“

They switch flavors every week?Hot dog: I'm not sure if it's because I didn't choose the mozzarella or potato covered options (they sounded too heavy for me that day), but I found it super underwhelming and lacking in flavor. I struggled to finish it. They have basic condiments to dip the hot dogs in (cheddar cheese, honey mustard, ketchup, sweet and sour sauce) but they didn't help much. Maybe I'm just not a Korean hot dog kind of person.“

“Yesterday I went into Gelato & co in La Centerra and I brought my three kids. Our cashier Ethan helped us and he was so genuinely kind, and patient. He let each of my kids try multiple free samples until they could finally make up their minds. The restroom was clean and they watched out for my family so I could use the ladies room and have a quick moment to myself. I really appreciated the customer service here and overall friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be bringing my family here again.“

However, the girl with lashes needs some serious customer service training, this is now my 5th time visiting and it’s always the same “I don’t want to be here attitude,” I don’t expect from much from a high schooler but WOW I had my own poor interaction but to see her treating other customers the same way blew my mind. She sits in her little corner on her phone and rolls her eyes and is BOTHERED when you come in, this ice cream place has amazing flavors, but will not get repeat business with this types of employees….“
