Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious: the frozen coffee, the huge mango snow, the spring rolls, and the delicious Bhaumi! OMG, the fried chicken was amazing. A single girl was handling everything, and—since we seem to bring good luck—more and more customers started arriving as soon as we walked in. It will definitely become one of our favorite spots!“

“Very good experience at El Mango Loko in Katy. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great friendliness, and they took the time to explain the flavors and the different menu options.

We tried two raspas and absolutely loved them. What stood out the most was the fruit flavor: it tastes fresh, natural, and very well balanced. You can definitely tell the difference compared to a raspa made simply with artificial syrups.

The place is simple, casual, and cozy, but with something much more important: great product and excellent service.

We left very satisfied and looking forward to coming back to try other items on the menu. A great discovery in Katy and definitely a place I recommend“

“I had Unicorn Snow/Sweets serve cotton candy and popcorn for our wedding. TLDR- Super yummy but they can work on their timeliness for communication.

I want to start by saying, it was a hit! I knew I wanted cotton candy for our cocktail hour and I am glad by guests enjoyed it. I would do it all over again.

My only complaint is communication. Initial booking inquiries went very smooth. All of my questions were answered and it went well!
In March 2024, I asked about the flavor options. I got a quick response! I chose my flavors and asked a follow up question. I asked if I should provide my own menu or if their team will provide one. I also asked for a copy of their updated COI for my venue. I followed up on 4/1, 4/30 and 8/12 before I got a response. On 8/14, I got confirmation that they will provide the menu but no confirmation on the COI. I asked to add ons as well but didn't get confirmation until the day before our wedding.

At the end of the day, they provided the services I paid for. I enjoyed the services but the communication was not ideal.“
