Snowcano is an Asian drink and food cafe located in Katy.They have a large selection of drinks and food. The service here is a amazing! We've been by a couple of times now and it's always been great. It's set apart from some of the other restaurants and stores of Katy Asia Town and, this, has a lot of space to park and move around. I'm sure this place would have a lot more business if people knew about it. They have shaved ice, ice cream, drinks (frozen drinks, teas, coffees) and lots of snacks.
