“We used Alchemy Bake Lab for our daughters wedding May 21, 2022. They were so easy to work with. Kady created the beautiful wedding cake and an absolutely gorgeous dessert bar to go with it. You would have thought our guests had not eaten in a month the way they mobbed the dessert bar. Since the wedding I have received call after call asking who did the desserts. Would recommend Alchemy Bake Lab without hesitation and would use them again in a heart beat.“

“Went today for National Cheesecake Day and I just want to give the employees a shout out because the customers were so rude because they clearly didn’t know how to read but the employees remained professional and kind despite it.

Some customers were yelling at the employees about not receiving the free mini cheesecake email despite signing up today. They tried to argue that it had not said that you had to sign up the day prior anywhere but we checked and it literally said that on both the promotional posts and the link to sign up. Despite these rude and disrespectful customers screaming in their faces, the cashier and manager remained professional and treated the rude customers very kindly. I just want to say they acted alot better than I would have 😭

On-top of that, I had gotten the Mango Tart and the Pandan Coconut mini cheesecake and they were so freaking good. This was my first time trying Japanese cheesecake and I was not disappointed. And the tart was a very delightful surprise with a nicely baked shell and a rich and creamy filling.“

“As we walked in, the owner immediately got up to greet us, asked if we had ever been in before (we hadn't) and asked what samples he could get for us. We tried the the sugar free pistachio soft serve, followed by a lemon blueberry pound cake. Everyone was so helpful and so kind.

I ended up getting a carrot cake and a tres leches cake. I haven't tried the tres leches yet (but that's the reason we came!). The carrot cake was SO GOOD! It was just the right amount of sweet, the cream cheese frosting was creamy and a little tangy, and as a bonus, did not have raisins! I believe they used walnuts throughout.

I will definitely be back to try more of their delicious treats and eats!“

They have a sweeter dough which is probably more traditional. Growing up on Shipley's kolaches, I enjoy the varieties offered here. This is my favorite place for kolaches“

Regardless, I'm glad we have Tous les Jours and Paris Bakery here in the states. I enjoyed visiting these bakeries when I lived in Korea. Although the food items provided are a bit different, they have some of the same cakes.“
