The one consistency is that the cookies are large, have a crunch to the outer layer while having a soft chewiness to it. The cookies are ALWAYS fresh. A few things to consider, having the app and ordering in advance will guarantee cookies are ready at the pickup time you choose. Another benefit of the app is that you can accrue points with every purchase that can lead to free cookies. Ordering in store is also an option via a self serve kiosk or with a staff member. If you like sharing the cookie or dividing to save for later, you can purchase a perfectly sized cookie cutter from the store. I recommend using an airtight Tupperware if you plan to eat a day or more later, for freshness. And if you'd like smaller sized cookies, they are only for catering sized orders“

The brightly lit restaurant has plenty of seating, it’s very quiet, and has more than enough selection of kolaches, including croissants. “Today 3/28/2024 we picked up two birthday cakes for my special needs adult son one gluten free and one regular cake. We took them to his school and shared them with his classmates and staff. The cakes we so moist and the frosting was soo delicious best gluten free cake we ever had it made my son's birthday a very special day. “I only tried a bread that they call "Palmiere", in Mexico we know them as "ears" without something similar but in Mexico they are like golden puff pastry, they are without a soft pastry, exquisite to the palate and in size, enough for 2 people, but for The flavor is easy to eat one. The price is 8dlls per piece. (If you see it as a simple bread, it seems expensive) But once you try it, it is worth it in flavor and size.There's just one detail... They run out very early!! “We have ordered 3 cookie cakes from here and overall been pretty pleased. One time they gave us the wrong size cookie cake and the most recent time they gave us a cake that said HAPPY BIRTHDAY LUKE when it was supposed to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY REECE. Luckily my husband checked the cake before leaving and caught their error and they ended up giving us the right cake but it was still a little feistratinf. Service is always pretty quick and the girls that work there are friendly!“

I couldn’t feed my daughter it.We tried calling not once, not twice but three times. We have left messages and no one answers or calls you back. Very disappointing after spending $70+ there. (It was not ordered under my name. It was ordered under Kelly. She even left an alternate number. We both tried calling as there were 2 different numbers. One from ordering online and one off google)“
