“I stopped by Blue Door Coffee Co. in The Woodlands, TX and it was absolutely delightful. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and stylish in an effortless way that makes you want to stay a little longer than planned.

I ordered a gluten-free blueberry muffin and a black tea. Both were fantastic. The muffin was surprisingly moist with bursts of real blueberries. Easily one of the best gluten-free baked treats I've had anywhere. The black tea was perfectly brewed, rich and comforting without any bitterness.

The staff were friendly and attentive. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience. Blue Door Coffee Co is a gem in The Woodlands. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.“

“It’s in the entrance to Nordstrom’s so the atmosphere isn’t going to be that great, but I do like the place. Today I tried the new golden spice latte. The first sip was OK, but then I was left with a terrible aftertaste. Three sips later and I knew that I couldn’t finish my drink- so they graciously exchanged it for a regular latte!“

“Nav is so friendly and allowed us to host our small networking event at the shop. We ordered the macaron tier and it was unbelievable; she printed our logo onto the macarons and everyone loved it!! She is so easy to work with and the macarons are delicious.“

“I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for three years now, and I just had to take a moment to compliment the staff. They are consistently friendly, welcoming, and make every visit enjoyable. I come here every morning, without fail (and yes, that’s over 1,000 visits!), and the level of customer service has never wavered. I want to give a special shoutout to Cheryl—she is absolutely fantastic! Not only is she super friendly, but she also goes out of her way to remember customers’ names and orders. She’s made my mornings so much better, and I’m sure many others would say the same.

This Starbucks is a popular spot for people who like to work, so if that’s your plan, I recommend getting here early to snag a good seat. It can get crowded, especially in the mornings, and occasionally there’s a run club that fills up the space (about once a month). If you want to avoid the crowds and have a quieter place to work, try arriving before 9am.

As for the food, I highly recommend the egg white bites and their bagels. They recently updated the bagel recipe, and it’s super fluffy and delicious. It’s a small change that really makes a big difference!“

“Every now and again, I stopped in for some coffee…and the staff is always welcoming, prompted and friendly. Today, they were extra helpful. I lost my car keys and we looked & looked for them. Thankfully, a gentleman looked down the hole on the counter and there they were – “the abyss hole”. The staff was so grateful to retrieve my keys (which wasn't easy). “I don’t write this lightly. I’ve been to Starbucks across continents, airport counters in Europe, back-alley outposts in Asia, the corporate flagships in big U.S. cities. I’ve been a loyal customer since the early days, when half my graduate school routine was fueled by a barista and a venti. So when I say this might be the best Starbucks in Texas and quite possibly the United States, it comes with receipts.

I’ve held off for four months before writing this review, just to see if the shine would fade. It hasn’t. This store runs like a symphony under pressure. It’s one of the busiest Starbucks I’ve ever stepped into, and yet service is flawless: real smiles, great attitude, drinks made right, and a space that stays clean no matter the chaos. They rarely run out of anything. On the off chance they do, it’s back the next day. That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by accident, it’s culture, it’s discipline, it’s pride in the craft.

Now, one note for corporate: we’re in Texas. Horchata should not be a seasonal flavor. It’s a year-round staple here. And if pumpkin and eggnog keep making the holiday rotation, let’s see some Coquito on the menu, this community would embrace it in a heartbeat.

“I went to the Starbucks on Research Forest around 8:58pm this evening. They were getting ready to close for the night. I asked for a iced coffee. Ian told me they had just turned off the maker they needed to make my drink. He asked Aspen if she would make it and within a few minutes I had my drink. As I was getting ready to pay, Aspen said the drink was on them because they had just turned off their machines. The reason I am sharing this is because my wife just gave birth to our beautiful baby girl today, I was going on 2 hours of sleep in the last 36 hours, and needed a little more energy to take my inlaws to the airport. Their generosity was followed up with a "Happy Holiday!" Not only did they give me the energy I needed to make it a few more hours, but they got my business from this point on.
