“I have been coming to Bakery Donuts since I was in highschool, over twenty years ago. Back then it was called "Max Donuts", but they have never waiverd on quality or service. “This review is long overdue. I don’t review many companies at all, but this little kolache/donut restaurant on the corner of 2920 and Mahaffey is more than deserving of it and everyone’s business. This is a small family business that puts their heart and sole into their food. Every time I’ve stepped through their door I’ve been greeted with a smile, and every kolache I’ve ordered has been consistently better than one from any other restaurant I’ve had. “This Shipley’s May be the best in the area! I come here very seldom, but the service is always top notch. The ladies who helped me this morning were very kind, professional and helpful. I requested a sausage and cheese kolache and one glazed donut (hot). Instead of telling me the donuts are hot, like most Shipley’s do, the ladies informed me that they were not hot, but warm and set my expectations for what I was receiving. I was ok with that.
