I came in to this shop looking for a place to sit down after a crowbar popped my tire on the road, I've always liked homemade style donuts and collaches a lot more than the chain restaurants like shipley's and this one is no exception.The cinnamon room I got was absolutely amazing and so were the jalapeno collages they also have some energy drinks as well as tea and other juices inside of the refrigerator. Woman at the counter was very friendly and courteous. I ordered a boudin and regular kolache. Both were great. Boudin had a nice flavor with the perfect amount of seasoning and the sausage was juicy. Bread was good as well, soft and delicious.
