I chose this place because to the boudin is always hot and fresh. I love the chocolate eclair. I've never been in the afternoon, so I'm not sure if they're fresh, but I'm about to give it a try. So therefore, I give it a four-star.
Go to this Shipley's when im in town. This time, quality seemed down a little. The plain glazed were hot and fresh, but the chocolate filled were cold with runny glaze. Service was ok, seemed like she didnt want to be there, but that is becoming the norm everywhere. Sad. Ill be back, but hope its better next time.
