“The coffee here is delicious! The quality of the coffee is top tier, the place itself is very nice inside and the customer service honestly is awesome! I have to say I came in with good high energy and the owner match that 😂 I told him how I like my coffee and told him to wow me and he did, I didn’t even look to order off the menu and he came up with I believe it was called a cold spanish latte with coconut milk and this was right on the money! Not super sweet and you got more coffee flavor, now coming here and the owner being cool knowing how to interact with customers and provide delicious coffee I definitely recommend this spot for sure!“

“I was looking for a space to have my son's graduation party and came across this location on peerspace. I decided to pop and see what it was about and met Anto. He was amazing! He showed me around the coffee shop and explained that the entire space would be available for use with the rental including the bistro set up in the front, the drink cooler, the back alleyway, and he would even come in the day of the event to make coffee if guests requested it. The only rule was no nails in the wall. The price was THE BEST in the area. I was sold. He sent me an invoice. I paid half with an agreement to pay the balance in two weeks. Day of the event. I was let in an hour early by Rose to decorate and given an extra hour for clean up! Bonus points!! She let me in and left. My event went off without any issues!! I would highly recommend and will DEFINITELY use AGAIN for any event! We had roughly 50-60 people, food, music, a slideshow playing on the TV. A great time. Rose met me at the end to lock the door! Don't pass it up because it's a coffee shop!!“

“A small aesthetically eye candied coffee shop. Luis has great customer service and a very inviting spirit. I asked for a warm strawberry matcha and it's was delicious. I found my new coffee that I can come to study and work.
Updated Review: Same excellent customer service like my first visit. I'm originally from Miami so when I saw Cuban Coffee on the menu I knew it was a must to have. Can I say the taste took me back home. The gentlemen who I interacted with had great customer which is the norm there. I really like Kafeina, always a pleasure!“

“Robin’s has the best donuts and the friendliest service! My favorite things though are boudin eggrolls & breakfast eggrolls. I walk in for one thing and leave with $70 worth of ALL the things! This is a family owned and operated business. Brandon in the front of the house is an absolute delight!“

“The coffee was delicious but y'all want to know the best part of my vist? Emily! She gave me the history of Good City which made me know I made the right decision picking this spot. As I sat and enjoyed time with my son, Emily asked evryone their name. And from what I witnessed, it was not just to call them for their order like other coffee corps., but she was genuinely interested in who they were. She called them by name. She conversated with them. Her compassionate and pure spirit just radiated throughout the entire place! The other baristas were VERY pleasant and friendly as well, smiling all the way. “I’ve been coming to this Starbucks regularly for about two years now, mostly to study, and it honestly feels like a second home. The vibe is always welcoming, calm, and comfortable — perfect for getting work done or just relaxing with a good cup of coffee.
The whole team is always super kind and helpful. They remember faces, orders, and greet everyone with genuine smiles. Special shout-out to the manager, Dany, for creating such a positive and friendly environment. You can really see his leadership in how great the staff are.

“Today I ordered a Venti Vanilla Latte and it was not as good as it should be. I called and spoke with Michael, the store manager. He took my complaint and offered to make me another one and deliver it to me because I couldn't get back to the store. Upon arrival, not only did he have my Latte, but he also had a pound cake and coupons. Best best customer service I've received. Thank you Michael!!!“

“Great location that is SEVERELY understaffed. The people working are trying their best, but this location is in the heart of City Place. Corporate offices are hustling at 8AM and they need more them 2 people during rush hour. I waited 30 minutes for a coffee which was less than desirable. Management needs to step in and provide some relief to this team.“

“Black Rock always has great coffee and service no matter which location I go to! It took a bit longer to get my coffee and one had melted a bit so they completely remade it for me so both of my coffees were cold for when I picked them up! 10/10!!!“
