“My 1st time ordering from this location but it's not unlike other Kolache Factory locations. Clean restaurant with efficient service. The sausage & cheese are a favorite of the kids. There's plenty of variety. The recipes are, of course, the same as other locations. If you download the app you can sign up for rewards and peruse the menu for each location.If you choose to dine-in there are tables available. There are plastic bottle & canned Coke machines, in case you want to skip the coffee. ** Native Texans know Coke is any flavor of carbonated beverage so I'm not referring to only Coca-Cola. Funny mention, one Coke machine had no actual Cokes but had milk (plain & chocolate), Minute Maid juices (cans & bottles), energy drinks, etc. (I posted a pic). Sorry, I didn't notice what was in the other machine since I wasn't purchasing beverages.I found the kolache selection smaller than the Copperfield location. But this location is a smaller restaurant too; idk if it's about space or perhaps franchise choice.Vegetarian options: They do offer vegetarian options. Actually the flavor of the month for 03/24 is eggs Florentine, which is vegetarianParking: Typical parking lot out front for the businesses to share.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu not available but the portion sizes accommodate kids. I haven't found a fast food breakfast that offers a kids menu yet. Lunch/supper but not breakfast.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is not a push button for wheelchair accessibility. There are, as required, disabled parking spaces.“

“11/16/23- I place an order almost every morning at this Starbucks for my coffee before I go into work. Today I did the same- except I had no idea it was “Red cup day”… So when I walked in the entire store was PACKED, coffees flooded the pick up counter. I could see everyone was BEYOND BUSY so I patiently waited to hear my name to be called. While waiting there were customers demanding their orders, requesting refunds, telling the staff they placed their order X amount of time ago and needed it… Not one of those amazing employees got annoyed with a guest, none of them lost their contagious smile, they stayed positive and did everything in their power to help everyone (including their peers) and I hope Corporate recognizes the staff who worked morning shift (I went around 9:30 AM) and rewards them.. All of them.. I was stressed out just watching them and listening to the way people were talking to them over a free cup was so sad to hear. What a great team this location has!!“

“I eat at McDonald's daily, for the most part. Sometimes, twice daily. I'm cheap. I usually dine alone. It's convenient and easy, especially, if I'm using the app and taking advantage of it's deals. I don't feel like it costs me much more doing it this way than going to the grocery. And I don't like to do that anyway. It's too big and too public for my tastes! I love the curbside service available and almost always use it.The food is what it is. I don't think it's bad most the time and I like the fact that I at least feel like I know what I'm getting when I go. I frequent many of the McDonald's around this area having little preference as they seem to maintain a pretty good consistency amongst them and unless I stop at the one in downtown Humble next to the Wingstop then I rarely have complaints. The service can be a little shoddy, at times, but you get what you pay for. It's a large part of my diet and I'm thankful for it! And thankful for the people that do it for me so I don't have to! Frankly, I have more important things to worry about than food.Parking: I use the curbside service. This location had 4 spots reserved for it. I've never had an issue with there but being one when I arrive at any location in the area. For some reason I find strange, everybody chooses to do the tedious, stop-and-go, inching along, insanely long drive-through line! Then they have to deal with real people which are highly unpredictable and have their orders incorrect because of misunderstandings. Instead, I pull into a spot, push a few quick buttons (which, I find, greatly cuts down on my order having errors), hangout for five minutes peacefully returning emails or something, never leave the quiet comfort of my vehicle, and someone brings it out to me. I do not do that drive-thru!!! I'm from a rural area in Illinois and find the lines around here to be ridiculous! I've never considered waiting in one and opt out of eating all together if it's the only option because of the time of night. I don't understand why anybody does since I feel I'm in and out much faster and much easier and get my order right more often?“
“This is the closest grocery store to my home. A few days ago during the crazy arctic weather event, without power and deep in caffeine withdrawal, I went there hoping for supplies and coffee from the Starbucks inside. Unfortunately Starbucks was closed. I noticed that about half of the lights in the store were out. Apparently, they'd lost power and were not able to sell the food that had been refrigerated or frozen. They also looked understaffed. Still I was able to find fluids and foods that didn't require heat to eat. During my search for supplies and while checking out, it was noticeable how kind and helpful the employees were. I'm sure they probably had their own concerns from our weather impacts. They seemed to understand and were compassionate about the shoppers' plight. My gratitude and respect the the store's staff and leadership for offering what they could during this most difficult time!“
“I used to frequent Dunkin', Lately, however, I ask for whole milk instead of cream and it will he served either with cream or just black coffee. I'm not used to having to double check whether or not it was made right. I guess shame on me. None the less, they were coffees that were thrown out and money wasted. If I want a bad coffee, I'll just save the money and make my own. I'm not saying the food is bad or that the coffee was bad. It just wasn't made the way it was asked. No boycott attempt. Better training or more attentive trainees.“
“This place never disappoints, whether it’s the smoothie, food, or even the detox. My favorite smoothie is the Green Protein that has Almond Milk, Banana, Peanut Butter, Raw Honey, Hemp Protein, and Spirulin (Google it, Spirulin has many healthy benefits). My favorite food was the Peanut Butter Banana Toast. Give them a try, I’m sure you’ll like the restaurant and team along with the food.“
“This is located inside of an HEB. I ordered a mocha frappe. The barista was very attentive and made the drink very well. It was a great mix of coffee and chocolate. With mocha beverages, it can very easily taste like chocolate milk. I really enjoyed it and look forward to future visits after grocery shopping.“
