11/16/23- I place an order almost every morning at this Starbucks for my coffee before I go into work. Today I did the same- except I had no idea it was “Red cup day”… So when I walked in the entire store was PACKED, coffees flooded the pick up counter. Love going to every Starbucks. This one has some really nice baristas though so I like it even more. Don't come around 3-5 Mon-Friday if you don't like noise cause a lot of young kids come. They don't cause trouble but for sure it's a bit noisy

Morning crew is so miserable. They make you feel bad for even existing. I politely asked for a remake and I get treated like it's my fault my drink is wrong. My second drink was better, but customer service skills are definitely missing and need touching up.
