About McDonald's

McDonald's is a clean and well-maintained fast-food restaurant. The facility is spotless, with a pleasant aroma and nicely adorned front counter. The staff are friendly and efficient, taking pride in their work to ensure the food is fresh. However, some customers have noted that food can sometimes arrive at barely room temperature, especially after long waits in the drive-thru. The restrooms are also spotless and fully stocked. Customers appreciate that the restaurant delivers what they advertise, and many enjoy the regular coffee, which is consistently great and a good value for Senior Citizens and app users. Overall, it offers a decent dining experience.

Recent reviews mention that the restaurant is generally clean and has good food, but some customers find the customer service lacking. One customer shared that when ordering a large meal for their family, the manager appeared judgmental and the staff were rude and unprofessional, even giving a flimsy box and plastic bag instead of a proper paper bag. There was also a disappointing experience at the drive-thru, where the staff member was rude and asked personal questions in an unusual manner.

Additionally, customers suggest that the restaurant could improve by adding men and women restroom baby changing tables to make it more family-friendly. Despite some negative experiences, many still find the restaurant clean and the food pretty good.
