Potbelly is a place where the staff, like Loren and Kameron, go above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed and satisfied. The sandwiches are delicious, made to order, and served with enthusiasm. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff and manager are really helpful. However, there have been some issues with the quantity and quality of the food, such as brown avocado and not enough meat. Despite this, the hardworking young employees, like Kameron, make the experience special and worth revisiting. Customers appreciate the friendly service and personal touches, making Potbelly a place where they feel valued and eager to return.
