“Before the new owner came in, Omar, I was having so many issues with getting the correct pizza, 3 times to be exact they messed it up. I finally sent an email with feedback and Omar the new owner responded promptly. He was super nice and offered to take care of me. That was in June 2025 and I just finally went in again in September and remembered our conversation and took care of me. Go in and say hi to the new staff and owner Omar, he is a great guy and my food was correct and delicious!!!“

This was the best customer service I’ve had she worked a really good conversation and was able to do her task at the same time! She rung me up and even sold me on a shake I didn’t even mention on getting! The food and the shake were really good! But I couldn’t care less about that! “I went to the Salata in Charlotte bc in Columbia,SC we don’t have one. The workers were so friendly and helpful. My salad was so nicely made and all the ingredients were fresh. They give you plenty for your money. I took my food all the way back home to Columbia,SC to eat and I enjoyed every bite. I did add so more of my mixed cheese bc I just love cheese. I hope they bring one to Columbia SC and bring Charlotte Workers bc SC workers would mess their business up.“

The manager Justin actually took responsibility unlike most businesses (lost $75 to Wingstop before)
Got my pizza and my wings. + An apology. Whole staff was polite, food was hot. Got what I ordered after the door dash B.S. which door dash not taking responsibility“

“I have always been happy with Marcos and never had much trouble. They have run into some kind of problem with people ordering and not paying and they are no longer taking cash. this affects my ability to order and will make it to where I can no longer order pizza from Marcos normally there is someone there that is capable of allowing cash payment for a regular customer. that no longer seems to be the case as they said the manager was not around. this is very disappointing.“

You can’t be mad they have to use DoorDash sometimes, drivers are hard to find. But you can handle your customers with full service when DD screws up, and she chose to do that.

“Earlier this afternoon I was getting a to go order for my wife and went inside ...I get the food....and go back to my truck...and my battery had died....after standing outside with my hood up and cables out.... no one approached me....until one of the store directors....i can't remember his name ....but he came over and asked about the problem and then said he had a jumper pack we tried but failed, but he pulled his truck around and we hooked the cables...within a few minutes...she fires up and I am back on the road shout out to him....he needs a raise 🙌“
