“Shout out to the manager, Erica, who went way out of her way tonight to make sure my order was taken care of.

You can’t be mad they have to use DoorDash sometimes, drivers are hard to find. But you can handle your customers with full service when DD screws up, and she chose to do that.

Thank you, Erica, for taking 15 minutes to make a customer happy 🥰“

The female helped us with the menu and recommended some things. The food was delicious!! This was my first time and I’ll definitely be back to this location. I hope these two get noticed!“

“Our first time at Potbelly’s and it was a terrific experience!! The sandwiches (a Wreck) were absolutely fantastic! Plenty of meat and toppings on a beautifully toasted hoagie roll. I can’t imagine what the “BIG” sandwich is because their regular is a meal in itself! Excellent ice tea too! We will be back, often!“
