“I stopped by this location at 7715 Farm to Market 1960, Humble, TX, and I had such a pleasant experience that I felt it deserved a review.
Miss Jubilee at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy from the moment I walked in. You can genuinely see how hardworking she is. she handled everything with professionalism while still keeping a beautiful smile on her face. It’s not easy to stay upbeat in customer service all day, but Jubilee truly makes it look effortless.
Great customer service makes a big difference, and she definitely made mine better. Thank you, Jubilee, for your kindness and dedication.“

“Despite being short-staffed due to several large groups , our experience was excellent thanks to the general manager Christine , who personally stepped in to serve tables. Their professionalism, positive attitude, truly stood out and made us feel well taken care of. It’s clear this restaurant is led by someone who genuinely cares about both the guests and the team.“

“this place is awesome the pizza is great the prices are excellent. I will definitely eat here every time I come to see a movie which is fairly often. staff is friendly and you can ask for extra toppings.“

“Our first time at Potbelly’s and it was a terrific experience!! The sandwiches (a Wreck) were absolutely fantastic! Plenty of meat and toppings on a beautifully toasted hoagie roll. I can’t imagine what the “BIG” sandwich is because their regular is a meal in itself! Excellent ice tea too! We will be back, often!“

“Went in today and Latousha was so positive and helpful. We had kiddos and were changing orders and making substitutes. She did it all with a smile and made us laugh. These days you don’t always find people who are upbeat and encouraging! She made the experience fun.“

“12/1: I was looking to try some fish and shrimp. I ended ordered thalapia and some shrimp basket. Price was firm. My order took about 10-15 min to.come out. Fish and shrimp was good but the fries was sort of soggy instead of nice crispy crunch. Overall it was okay, I would come back to try something else.
