If you go ask for Jesus Flores (the other Jesus is not as friendly)”

“I don’t even know how to begin describing what a fantastic job Amedeo’s did catering our Kingwood High School Varsity Football banquet! Rhonda, the catering manager, worked closely with me on planning the menu and provided options to help us stay within our budget. She paid special attention to what I was looking for regarding the overall dining experience I wanted for our nearly 250 guests at the Nathaniel center. She asked for the banquet agenda and specifics on when, what and how we wanted the food service to be carried out throughout the course of the evening. She said to me during our planning, “We want to handle everything for you, so you can be guest at your own party.” And she and the staff did exactly that! Everything happened exactly on cue, with me not having to even think about it! It was just as she promised, and I was able to relax and enjoy the evening without a single worry! The staff was attentive and friendly to everyone and truly cared about making it a perfect dining experience for every single guest. They looked genuine happy to be there with us for this special night. The food was excellent and everything was hot and ready to serve exactly on time. I 100% recommend Amedeo’s catering. You will not be disappointed!”

“Tai Li relocated and combined restaurants with Fujiya. Lai Li is basically a Chinese restaurant with hot and sour chicken, egg foo yung, etc. Fujiya is a Japanese restaurant with sushi, special rolls, etc. Now here when it gets interesting. The menu is not a fusion of the two cultures. Their menus are separate and pretty much the same as when they weren’t co-housed. Tai Li food remains delicious. It’s certainly busier now and something the Fujiya wait staff is not as familiar with some of off menu foods that Tai li has offered for years. Over the “fusion” works. I believe it’s now only called Tai Li but the sign outside continues to say Fujiya.”

“i just came here for their wine down wednesday (1/2 off wines) and they had live music in the lobby. super awesome vibe to the end of a hard days work. the food was great and the boudin egg rolls were phenomenal!!!”

I like the grill where they make your food and there's enough healthy things to eat there, but you can't go wrong with the grill - you just pick your food out. I'm sure the quality isn't all that but hey you know what you're getting into by going here. They have sushi too but I dunno it doesn't seem super fresh and tasty. It's okay I guess, just depends on what time you go for the sushi. I like the cork artwork booths, there are nice. I like to get the soups as well as the salad bar.”

“Went to Georgia’s on a recommendation of a resident where I work. LET me tell you, the food was fantastically delicious! We got the regular fish basket with onion rings and red beans & rice and jambalaya rice. When I say the onion rings slapped the taste buds, ummmph they were seasoned well and delicious. The (real) ‘catfish’ was fried to perfection and scrumptious! The rice and rb&r were equally as delicious too. I was given a sample of the Gumbo, and it was slap ya momma good! (Don’t do it Celie)iykyk. Tammie was sweet and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!

“I ate at the IHOP in Atascocita, TX late evening. Young staff working, greeted me and saw me to a table. This particular restaurant needs to have some updates to the building. The waitress was nice, she took my food and drink order. It took a little longer to get my food and the food was a bit disappointing. Looked like something a teenager made. Considering the ages of the staff that wasn't surprising I guess.

Dietary restrictions: I'm a diabetic but I was exhausted so I forgot to mention it. I did get sugar free syrup. The waitress asked me if there was anything else they could do to adjust the meal, so I did appreciate her trying and offering to change my meal if I wanted.

Kid-friendliness: Yes they've got a childrens section on the menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are several handicap parking spots close to the entrance of the restaurant.”

“I dont know restaurant wise if its a good place because i doordashed but the food was excellent i got the mega cheeseburger it was out of this world delicious i had to wait about 1hr+ on doordash because it was kinda far which was kinds upsetting till it finally got here and had a taste and it was definitely worth the wait and price.”

“The quality has been consistently good and ingredients fresh, but today someone mentioned a price increase from $3 to $4 for Whopper Wednesday and that quickly whopper Wednesday became an afterthought. This cost is now too closely comparable to your competition and no longer gives BK the edge when it comes to “bang for the buck”. Our whole office would order Impossible Whoppers on Wednesday but it’s time to move on.

Not a fan of the bones in the soup which comes with the tofu appetizer though. It didn't ruin the taste, but it was a texture issue for us. The atmosphere was a bit drowned out by a Mexican food cart that was blasting their music close by but that is not the fault of this food cart. I recommend everyone come and try their empenadas with their amazing salsas and order a fresh juice to go with it…also try the Patacon with beef and dress it with the pink sauce!”

The biscuits and gravy were so delicious and the portions were more than plenty!”

“This is the coolest tavern and listening room I’ve ever played after doing this for 40 years. Historic building with ‘good wood’’ and acoustics, sound system. Great ambience, friendly people and owners. It is very small and the band is definitely up close and personal, but that is part of its charm. Fortunately, Debbie Bixby does a great job of booking regional and sometimes national acts. Musicians love to play there.”
