Our family has a special affinity towards Nellie, she is the BEST at what she does. Always ready with a smile and words of encouragement, especially if the day’s not going so well.
She knows what I like and is waiting up front for us when I/our family come/s in.

“Went in with a group after a bills game in Houston, the service was amazing, the food was so good & we would definitely go back!! The manager heard us talking that the trip was for my birthday and when we were done eating we were waiting on our uber and they ran us out a breakfast dessert. Highly recommend!“

“For the price point IHOP always delivers a good value when you're looking for a quick fix for your hunger. And when I stopped in this morning it was no different. Got taken care of by Erin who had a pleasant demeanor and got my order in quickly and made sure it came to my table as soon as it was ready. Had the waffle combo and a sweetened iced tea to get the day going right and both didn't disappoint. If you're ever in the area and hankering for a menu that caters to almost everyone's likes this is the place to go to that's budget friendly. Make sure you ask for Erin and you'll be taken care of like a valued patron.“

“Our waitress, Lady Jakeria is amazing!!! Her smile is quite contagious. She was knowledgeable concerning menu items and prices and was able to convince my bestie to order an additional waffle. The 2nd waffle appeared better than the first one. She was also quite attentive to our needs. The waffle and quarter of chicken tender was all that was left... My apologies... We were hungry😎😎😎😎 The manager on duty was a sweet, kind young man. I live over 10 miles and come way to the Kingwood IHOP because of its cleanliness and kind workers. We don't experience a swarm of gnats either... Kudos to the impeccable Kingwood IHOP🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹“

“Jeannie provided one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude that immediately made us feel comfortable. She was professional, kind, and extremely attentive throughout the entire meal. Jeannie took the time to answer all of our questions about the menu, gave excellent recommendations, and made sure every detail of our order was correct.
What really stood out was how attentive and hardworking she was without ever making us feel rushed. She checked on our table regularly, kept our drinks refilled, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Even while handling multiple tables, she remained patient, positive, and friendly with everyone around her. Her energy and professionalism truly made the experience feel special.
It is rare to come across service this exceptional, and Jeannie went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Her dedication to customer service, attention to detail, and genuine kindness deserve recognition. Because of her outstanding service, we will absolutely be returning and recommending this restaurant to others. She truly deserves a 5-star review for making our dining experience so enjoyable and stress-free“
