This particular time i came with my children’s school so it was PACKED but somehow i still received the best service possible! I must have been looking completely lost because one of the staff members came and helped me out tremendously!!!“

“I happened upon Katherine Ann’s by complete accident, saw the sign out front, and decided I had to try it; I’m glad I did! I don’t know what they put in that blueberry lemonade, but it’s like crack! The black eyed peas and green beans brought me back home to East Texas, and the sausage in the spaghetti was just fantastic. Everyone was so sweet :) I recommend stopping by with an appetite! Thank y’all!!“

“I have to say first of all you have the best staff ever. Shelby is the sweetest girl ever. ( she was not our server today.). However our server was excellent ! I have bragged and bragged on your restaurant. Because it’s usually perfect. But today the chicken fried steak was horrible. The meat was so thin you can actually hold it up to the light and see thru portions of it. We didn’t complain because we had already waited about 25 minutes to be seated. We asked for a box to go for my dog. She spit it out. It was the texture of beef jerky. I do have pictures before I throw it out. I paid 50.00 for a chicken fried steak , mushrooms and 2 teas. This is not the way I had it 2 weeks ago. I wish now I would have said something. Just didn’t want confrontation.“

“The wife and I enjoyed a pleasant evening meal, I had the BBQ Bacon Burger and she had the Chicken Tender Salad. Both were good and reasonable priced. The draft beer was great as was my Blue Moon, served in a frosted mug with a fresh slice of orange. It was a nice meal and short trip back to our nice hotel room...and our server was friendly and Johnny on the spot!“

From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude that immediately made us feel comfortable. She was professional, kind, and extremely attentive throughout the entire meal. Jeannie took the time to answer all of our questions about the menu, gave excellent recommendations, and made sure every detail of our order was correct.
What really stood out was how attentive and hardworking she was without ever making us feel rushed. She checked on our table regularly, kept our drinks refilled, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Even while handling multiple tables, she remained patient, positive, and friendly with everyone around her. Her energy and professionalism truly made the experience feel special.

“We had lunch in Humble for a treat. At 11:50 there was no wait, but soon after people had short waits to be seated. My wife and I selected lunch specials. She ordered the chicken pot pie and I selected the chicken sandwich. My wife loved her food and my sandwich was also large and was made with real chicken with a nice thin batter. We also ordered the chips and queso.
I liked the queso as it was nice and thick. We didn’t care for the chips as much as they were thicker than we find ideal. The waiter was very nice and did what he said he would do and kept us updated on our food and checked on our drinks. We liked the food and service well enough to plan a return soon to try other items.“

The owner is absolutely wonderful. He made me a delicious egg salad and side salad from scratch while I waited in no time. I will definitely be back many times.“
