This particular time i came with my children’s school so it was PACKED but somehow i still received the best service possible! “My first time going to JCI, I wanted a chili dog, I had heard this place was good. I'll forever be their customer and their spokesman. I had the footlong chili dog? Chili cheese tots and the punch for a drink. Just the dog alone filled me up, but I ate it all. My impression of the place was that it was clean, the staff were helpful, the food was great and not overpriced. All reasons for me to come back. I'm always hungry anyways. Next time I'll try the sliders or maybe a hotdog with sauerkraut or maybe just a Frito pie.“

GM Ron and server Branden are top notch employees that truly understand the definition of customer service!!! I have too many great experiences to name them all here but from the first time we ate here to our last (we recently moved out of the area) we were treated with service that was above and beyond. I would sometimes drive the extra time it took to get to this location even though we pass other Denny’s to get to this one.“

“So I was treated to breakfast by my oldest son yesterday morning and everything was good until our waitress had 2 very unpleasant unconscious racist moments now I will say she was very pleasant and her service was prompt...as we were dining myself and oldest and youngest son a Hispanic couple was seated a few feet from us our waitress like I said was very pleasant and prompt she gave us many options and choices like fluffy or shell eggs and chaloula or tabasco sauce when the Hispanic couple placed their order she immediately went and grabbed the chaloula hot sauce (no choices for them) the man was very polite and requested tabasco next my son hands her his credit card to pay for breakfast and a $10 tip she comes back to us and tries to hand me his card I kindly let her know that the card belonged to my son and instead of an apology she says she didn't think he had a credit card I just politely said he did and left my son is a black blessed and prosperous young man with perfect credit and is in college studying medicine (biology pre med major) I'm sure she didn't mean to intentionally be rude and I'm most definitely not calling her a racist but I had a whole purse sitting beside me if I were going to pay I would have but the fact that you overlooked him to say what you didn't he would have was very rude and disrespectful and in a time like this where I as a black mom raising black sons am constantly reminded of the horrors that black men and boys and now sometimes black women go through would like to be treated as you would like to be Ms waitress please do better“

“I will say, the food is pretty good for it's price point. The main attraction here is definitely the beef, that New York Strip does not disappoint! They got some real good ribs too. That buttery bread is real nice too, though I'm not that fond of the spread it comes with.

I have come back to this place a good many times now with family and everyone leaves satisfied.

The service is quite good, the people here do a good job. Not once did I have to call out to anybody despite how busy the place seems to get!

But this particular location has been great in my several experiences so far. They staff has been friendly and the food has been on point every time. This last time, the family and I came in, and the waitress was really nice to my kids and attentive. And the kids eat free everyday at certain hours. Can't beat that. The food was great as usual. “I really don't know why this Chili's location has such bad reviews. I had an excellent meal there today for lunch. My server was very friendly, had a great personality and she was attentive. My food was excellent and tasted delicious. It came out in about ten minutes and I had a steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Even the manager was out and about, asking everyone how their meals tasted. I'll definitely be returning.“
