“We had a group of first responders in our building today and Maria with Ernie’s took wonderful care of them. She was very polite, professional and attentive to everyone. The food was delicious. It tasted fresh and flavorful. The peach cobbler was amazing as well as the brisket and the barbecue baked beans.“

“I highly recommend this Café. I ordered to go as I’m leaving state after breakfast, but the girl that helped me carry my drinks out was super sweet. Not being from Texas I was curious about everything on the land and she was very informative (I should’ve gotten her name). I ordered the Sycamore 2s which was 2 pancakes (choice of 1/2 waffle or 2 slices French toast), 2 eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon (choice of sausage also). I got my son an order of French toast, and a friend the brunch burger. Everything was AMAZING. The server mentioned Mondays they have a mimosa special (she told me exactly but I forget it). I like over medium eggs and this is the first place I’ve been that’s gotten my eggs PERFECT the first time around. It’s an adorable little café and there’s a wedding venue in the back. I highly recommend trying their food if you haven’t before. I took photos but it won’t let me add them to my review.“

“We walked into Sudie’s after a funeral, completely unannounced with a large party of 40 people. The management team went above and beyond to accommodate us. Coya, our only waitress, didn’t bat an eye. She was amazing and worked extremely hard to take care of all of us. Thank you, your kindness made all the difference in the world at that moment.“

“We went to Salt grass in Pasadena to get the Prime Rib. we were told by Alex that it's served only on Friday and Saturday night. we thought about leaving because my girlfriend wanted Prime rib.When Alex came back with our tea he said he talked to someone and got the Prime Rib approved. We ordered it and it was fantastic. Thank you Alex for going above and beyond for us. we are happy campers.“

“The food and service overall was a good experience. Got the 3 for Me special and the total for a family of 4 was right under $60 and that included dessert. Food was hot and only this wrong was the particular dessert but that was no fault of the server. Will definitely consider coming back.“

Chicken fried steak was very bland today.
Mac and cheese has been watery with no flavor for last 2 visits.
Corn was even blah! How do you blah up corn?
The little lady that got us our drinks was very sweet and hard working that's why I'm just knocking off 1 star for service. But the waitress...as long as yours not asking her for assistance with something, she might be ok. But I feel like she would spit in my food for wanting to exchange something out. She's really not the warm and friendly type of waitress...I guess a job is a job. I get it...but dang Gina!“

“At 9:30 we sat to celebrate my husband’s 2nd higher up promotion with his company, he just wanted to have a few drinks & good meal & enjoy his accomplishments. With the 1st waitress We ordered 4drinks, two dirty drinks for our kids, which was one dirty Diet Pepsi and one dirty mug root beer, Dirty diet Pepsi came with no toppings, The mug came with just the cream topping. She took the diet back to get fixed, so I thought. We asked another waitress Angela while waiting if they came with toppings because that’s what I read an seen on the menu, she said yes, and brought a cherry topping. Here came the dirty Diet Pepsi, I told the 1st waitress there was no cherry topping on the drink and if we could get that, she kinda of gave a smirk of frustration with not getting the order right the 1st round. My daughter tried to enjoy it but didn’t like it , it was the only diet option listed from what we seen on menu. so we asked for another dirty mug instead, and my husband ordered his 2nd alcohol beverage. We then tried to place our food orders as she walked by asking can we order now, but didn’t acknowledge his voice, or maybe didn’t hear but under the circumstances we thought maybe it was rude of her or she was annoyed by the drinks. Got Angela attention again , she said she would let her know we wanted to order already, After our food came out, my daughter had already starting eating because she was given insulin for her meal. Husband was wondering where his adult beverage was, because it had been over 20 minutes. My husband's meal came out last because they were waiting on breaststicks, and then she brought his food out with no silverware nor did I have any, also forgot my daughter's side of mozzarella sticks. Once we told the waitress of the inconvenience about the his drink etc.
she had ask If we wanted to speak to her manager, we said yes, explained the situation got our waitress switched out for Angela, who was very helpful and ended up taking care of us The rest of the night, the manager was very professional and understanding and help compensate some of the items off our bill, our family was grateful for that.“

“We stopped in after a funeral viewing and unexpectedly ended up with a party of 16. Leo was absolutely amazing! He handled our large group with professionalism, kindness, and patience. He made sure every order was correct, stayed on top of everything, and was incredibly attentive the entire time.
