“I highly recommend this Café. I ordered to go as I’m leaving state after breakfast, but the girl that helped me carry my drinks out was super sweet. Not being from Texas I was curious about everything on the land and she was very informative (I should’ve gotten her name). I ordered the Sycamore 2s which was 2 pancakes (choice of 1/2 waffle or 2 slices French toast), 2 eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon (choice of sausage also). I got my son an order of French toast, and a friend the brunch burger. Everything was AMAZING. The server mentioned Mondays they have a mimosa special (she told me exactly but I forget it). I like over medium eggs and this is the first place I’ve been that’s gotten my eggs PERFECT the first time around. It’s an adorable little café and there’s a wedding venue in the back. I highly recommend trying their food if you haven’t before. I took photos but it won’t let me add them to my review.“

“We walked into Sudie’s after a funeral, completely unannounced with a large party of 40 people. The management team went above and beyond to accommodate us. Coya, our only waitress, didn’t bat an eye. She was amazing and worked extremely hard to take care of all of us. Thank you, your kindness made all the difference in the world at that moment.“

“We went to Salt grass in Pasadena to get the Prime Rib. we were told by Alex that it's served only on Friday and Saturday night. we thought about leaving because my girlfriend wanted Prime rib.When Alex came back with our tea he said he talked to someone and got the Prime Rib approved. We ordered it and it was fantastic. Thank you Alex for going above and beyond for us. we are happy campers.“

“First I would like to give much props to Mady Redhead Smith who took care of us and served us with such Warmth, Love and Professionalism. She made sure our food was prepared correctly and brought to us in a timely manner. I would also love to shout out Mrs Kara for taking time from her busy schedule to come see about us and make sure Mady was treating us right. Mrs Kara is a True Gem and sweetheart whom I was so happy to see again. THANK YOU for being so Genuine and Intentional, Thoughtful and Kind with that Amazing smile of yours!“

Chicken fried steak was very bland today.
Mac and cheese has been watery with no flavor for last 2 visits.

The little lady that got us our drinks was very sweet and hard working that's why I'm just knocking off 1 star for service. But the waitress...as long as yours not asking her for assistance with something, she might be ok. But I feel like she would spit in my food for wanting to exchange something out. She's really not the warm and friendly type of waitress...I guess a job is a job. I get it...but dang Gina!“

The only thing that's bad about the place is that the air conditioning is breaking it's cold one day and then it's hot and uncomfortable the next day when I come to visit and eat.“

“Got an order to go yesterday. First time ever eating here. We got a chicken shroom and a chicken avocado sandwich. Both excellent! I love that there is so much variety here, even in choices of sandwich buns. Try the chicken avocado on texas toast. You wont be disappointed. Definitely coming back soon!!“

“Madeleine was very attentive and super sweet! I had the double blueberry pancake combo with bacon and over medium eggs and grits. I loved all of it. I tried the dulce de leche iced coffee and didn't love it so I switched it for their regular coffee which has never failed me. I'd come back again.“
