“We stopped in after a funeral viewing and unexpectedly ended up with a party of 16. Leo was absolutely amazing! He handled our large group with professionalism, kindness, and patience. He made sure every order was correct, stayed on top of everything, and was incredibly attentive the entire time.

We’re regulars, and the customer service here is always excellent, but Leo truly went above and beyond. He made a difficult day a little easier for our family, and we’re so grateful for his outstanding service. Thank you, Leo—you did an incredible job!“

“We had lunch at Hippo Burgers today for their Grand Opening in Conroe. Their burgers are big and juicy. Food was hot and fresh!!! Service was amazing!! Welcome to Conroe!!!!“

“Just finished eating a pickup order that was probably the freshest pizza and wings I've had for as long as I can remember. The order was ready right on time as stated in the app. The Mgr or employee at the window was very nice and proud of what he had just prepared. This location is further away compared to the Center Street location but I'll definitely be coming back here. Ty older w/m employee. 10/10!“

“Great customer service as I waited at drive thru to move fwd I received a call to acknowledge if it was me and thst my order would be ready by time i moved up to window ..since there was another vehicle in front of me. Great young lady attended me at drive thru.“

If I had friends visiting from out of the country especially I would definitely bring them here. Especially inside this specific location the customer service was above what you would expect from a pick up area. I wish every pizza place was nice like this. I have. Lot to say about the churros actually but there never enough time - to talk about churros.“

“My first time eating there chicken chicken was great and French fries and fried was yummy 😋 Iam from Arkansas“

“The Employees had positive attitudes, and were very patient and willing to go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction as well as being very
Helpful and proactive in addressing my needs, whether by clarifying menu options, accommodating special requests.
It was an overall positive experience and likely enhanced by the food quality, which met or exceeded expectations, adding significant value to the visit. One last thing I would like to mention is the overall atmosphere, The combination of attentive service and delicious food created a welcoming environment that encouraged future visits. So if you're in the mood for some delicious Pizza, wings or something sweet! I would highly recommend stopping by The Shaver st. Pizza Hut!!!“

“That lady Blanca, if I got her name right, is Gold. She’s got a Fabulous attitude. Also I watched her running from behind the counter to open the door to a customer on a wheel chair to give him his order, then helped him out to get in the bathroom and so on. This is not my first time here, and her attitude and welcoming smile impressed me everytime. Keep it up maam.“

“recently visited this burger restaurant and had a fantastic dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The staff greeted customers with a smile and provided quick, friendly service throughout the visit.

The highlight of the meal was definitely the burger. The patty was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The fresh vegetables, melted cheese, and soft toasted bun created an excellent combination of taste and texture. Every ingredient tasted fresh and high quality. The portion size was satisfying, making it a great value for the price.“

“oh great food and great service“

“Friendly staff!!!! && food is always ready fast!!!! TY!!!“

“The lady that usually works in the mornings, Jackson, is always so kind and an amazing employee! She is alone most of the time when I come in but she always makes sure my food is perfect, while managing to keep the rest of the store taken care of! She deserves a raise or a bonus for her hard work!“
