Not being from Texas I was curious about everything on the land and she was very informative (I should’ve gotten her name). I ordered the Sycamore 2s which was 2 pancakes (choice of 1/2 waffle or 2 slices French toast), 2 eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon (choice of sausage also). I got my son an order of French toast, and a friend the brunch burger. Everything was AMAZING. The server mentioned Mondays they have a mimosa special (she told me exactly but I forget it). I like over medium eggs and this is the first place I’ve been that’s gotten my eggs PERFECT the first time around. It’s an adorable little café and there’s a wedding venue in the back. “Morning Kolaches has been a long time favorite of ours. We've been regulars of the Deer Park and Pasadena location since 1999. Our favorites are Sausage and Cheese, Jolly peeno Popper, Ham and Swiss, Cream Cheese and the Ranchero. They have always very friendly at both locations.“

Salsa given with it was a little spicy but very good. Elote was delicious. Used mild sauce on top. Limonada was good but to sweet for me. Can be cut with water to make more. Nowhere inside to sit and dine. Will return to try other items. Friendly cashier. Bows, purses, jerseys, and other items for sale. Small parking lot.“

“The food here use to be good but idk what’s been going on lately someone their fajita look burnt. Tortillas are not always home made. The employees have been slacking. Twice that I’ve been here I think they didn’t give me all my order so I go back and come to find out employees for some reason don’t get all my order down so i have to place another order for the item they didn’t get down. Went tonight and these nuggets look like they been fried with old oil.“

Cancun tilapia again with cheese and 8 tiny cocktail shrimp - no garlic sauce The plate was hot but not the food. At 8ish on a saturday night they only had 3 or 4 tables, no more than 12 people, including us 3 If they were starting to close for the day, they should've close the area they were cleaning. I don't appreciate smelling 'Fabuloso" while I'm eating with the mop bucket next to my table. Really your motto should be "Why are you still in business..." I have tried diffrent restaurants and overall Pho Vi Vi has taken the title of being the best Vietnamese overall. “Today's walk-in for take out was at the Fairmont location. I would have used their drive through window but the sign said something about pickup orders (placed ahead) so I didn't wish to be told to park out front to wait 20 minutes under their shade tree.

My attention gravitated to the window sign for the large fiery sausage and green pepper pizza near the entrance. It was a good choice for $11.90 total.

Five stars, and three stars for inside counter service, because of the malfunctioning card reader declined my debit card, and that was after several attempts by the cashier. So I just paid the bill with cash to avoid the hassle again.

And the youn man suggested the bbq plate but the picture of quesabirrias caught my eye and so I got that! The red sauce is very fatty and doesn’t appeal to me, I can feel heart burn by just looking at it! But everything else is so good! 😊 love the flavors and the fresh herbs. I ate two before thinking of anything else! These are delightful.“
