“We went to Salt grass in Pasadena to get the Prime Rib. we were told by Alex that it's served only on Friday and Saturday night. we thought about leaving because my girlfriend wanted Prime rib.When Alex came back with our tea he said he talked to someone and got the Prime Rib approved. We ordered it and it was fantastic. Thank you Alex for going above and beyond for us. we are happy campers.”

“I rarely post reviews but I felt compelled to with this place. I made an order via door dash and I don’t know if it was due to a technical error or what but all I chose was rice and protein. Before I left the manager stopped me and said “hey, just making sure you know that you only put a protein and rice. No vegetables, no sauce. So I gave you extra protein.” Then he asked if I wanted the vegetables on the side since they are complimentary and assisted me with putting a separate bowl of veggies sauces and crispy bits. This was my first time trying this place and they could not have made a better first impression. The food is AMAZING but the customer service is what will bring me back time and time again. 10/10”

This is what I missed about Texas! Online app was super easy and service was fast when we pulled up. Only thing I couldnt find on the app was somewhere to add just a side of charro beans, but they were quick to add it to my order at pickup. Definitely will be back next time we're in town.”

“I highly recommend this Café. I ordered to go as I’m leaving state after breakfast, but the girl that helped me carry my drinks out was super sweet. Not being from Texas I was curious about everything on the land and she was very informative (I should’ve gotten her name). I ordered the Sycamore 2s which was 2 pancakes (choice of 1/2 waffle or 2 slices French toast), 2 eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon (choice of sausage also). I got my son an order of French toast, and a friend the brunch burger. Everything was AMAZING. The server mentioned Mondays they have a mimosa special (she told me exactly but I forget it). I like over medium eggs and this is the first place I’ve been that’s gotten my eggs PERFECT the first time around. It’s an adorable little café and there’s a wedding venue in the back. I highly recommend trying their food if you haven’t before. I took photos but it won’t let me add them to my review.”

Cancun tilapia again with cheese and 8 tiny cocktail shrimp - no garlic sauce The plate was hot but not the food. At 8ish on a saturday night they only had 3 or 4 tables, no more than 12 people, including us 3 If they were starting to close for the day, they should've close the area they were cleaning. I don't appreciate smelling 'Fabuloso" while I'm eating with the mop bucket next to my table. Really your motto should be "Why are you still in business..." Marked as 1st and last on places not to visit. Overpriced for the food quality”

“Oh man. Where to begin. After all of the positive reviews and being within spitting distance from my house, I had to give them a whirl. First of all, everyone there was so cool, friendly and helpful. The lady explained the menu to me, being relatively new to birria. Everything was made fresh, so a typical maybe 20 minute wait time, which was pretty reasonable. Everything was hot and fresh. Got home and unpacked the bag. Do not tilt the taco bags! I spilled taco juice all over my shorts because I tilted the bags the wrong way. Don't be dumb like me. These are kind of messy so expect some spillage and drippage. I ordered the 5 taco combo, which came with a good sized cup of consume. I got a healthy helping of cilantro, onions and a lime wedge as well as some hot sauce (didn't try yet) and an ice cold canned drink. The tacos were enjoyably crispy on the outside. They were fully stuffed with tender flavorful beef and gooey jack cheese. The consume was very good. Perfect for dipping but it didn't overwhelm any of the other flavors and it is like a broth rather than a sauce, so it's very light and not heavy like a gravy. I tried the tacos pure and had a couple left over to try with the onions and cilantro and other fixings later. A crisp cold Dr. Pepper went really well with everything too. All in all this was a 10/10 experience. I will be returning. Many many many times. EDIT: Returned today. Same outcome. Love the food. So fresh and juicy and delicious. 3 tacos is my way to go for me to get full but not overstuffed. Still a solid 10/10.”

“We had an amazing late lunch with my friend first time visiting the place and definitely we will return As starter we took a lovely guacamole sauce with some pomegranate seeds on the top with nice home made nachos excellent combination then follow with pastor tortilla and halummi tortilla 3 piece of each so together 6 pc of tortilla then we took a nice portion of enchiladas filled with chiken and a smooth velvety sauce on the top and a portion of quesadilla which was my favourite from all filled with cheese and mushrooms we shared everything between us and was more then enough the flavors was so filling everything was so delicious the service was fast super cute polite waiter Thanks for the kitchen staff and the water for the lovely time see you soon”

“The waiter Huber basically told us what not to order. NOTE When you come to this location bring your own silverware, we had to share a knife among 3 people. The enchiladas & steak, more like a slice of brisket drenched in a salty cheese sauce. Awful!! The beef enchilada, unflavored ground meat, again drenched in a red sauce WITH cheese. Cancun tilapia again with cheese and 8 tiny cocktail shrimp - no garlic sauce The plate was hot but not the food. At 8ish on a saturday night they only had 3 or 4 tables, no more than 12 people, including us 3 If they were starting to close for the day, they should've close the area they were cleaning. I don't appreciate smelling 'Fabuloso" while I'm eating with the mop bucket next to my table. Really your motto should be "Why are you still in business..." Marked as 1st and last on places not to visit. Overpriced for the food quality”

And the youn man suggested the bbq plate but the picture of quesabirrias caught my eye and so I got that! The red sauce is very fatty and doesn’t appeal to me, I can feel heart burn by just looking at it! But everything else is so good! 😊 love the flavors and the fresh herbs. “I love Long John Dilver . This place on Pasadena blvd. Makes their menu items perfect. The cook or chief is so aware of what he is doing you can tell he cares a lot what he puts out. I live 30 minutes from there and still go. Wished they would build one in Pearland and not do much Chinese food geez enough of that is enough worst than nail shops on every street corner .
