Dairy Queen in Pasadena

“This by far is the best Dairy Queen in my area food quality is fresh unlike the red bluff location which serves you reheated fries and burgers and the staff is always friendly if you are going to spend your hard earned money choose this location plus this location honors all company promotions the Red Bluff location honors nothing“

“There 2 girls working here today, a customer spilled his drink and they were above and beyond to accommodate him, asking if he needed another cup, and told him many times it’s ok they’ll clean it up, less then 5 minutes they cleaned it. These 2 need to be recognized for there hard work!“

“This Dairy Queen has the best tasting food of any of the Dairy Queens I have been to in this area. The place is so clean as well.

However, we visited this location and ordered cheese with our food, were charged for it and did not receive it. The burgers were burnt and we also noticed we got two tops on one burger and two bottoms on another! LOL. The place was not busy when we came in either. I don't know what happened that day for everything to be so bad.

I took a photo of the food with no cheese and had the receipt with the charge of the cheese clearly shown on the receipt.

We go there often ever since we found out their food tastes the best. I thought I could just show them the picture with the food and the receipt in the same photo and they would put cheese on our food the next time we came in, but just not charge us for it.

I proceeded to order the food with cheese after showing her the picture on my phone. She said nothing and rang up our order. I looked at the total and realized she was charging us for cheese again. I said something and she said there is nothing I can do about it now. You should of returned here the same day it happened.

I told her we were already home and starting to eat before we noticed there was no cheese. I am very disappointed in this location now. It's a real shame too.

I imagine I will continue to go here since the food does taste the best most of the time, but we will not be ordering any extras on the food since we will not know if we will actually get it.“

“Ordered Hamburger Combos. The Buns were cold and the cheese wasn't melted. I thought all the way was mayo & mustard. Well all we got was mustard. Spent $24.00 ,very disappointed. Ask for the Manager & was told they were all Managers. Let the girl know my complaints & she never apologized & even said the cheese doesn't melt. Excuse me but if you zap in the microwave it would ! “Lunch consisted off 3 Texas t brand tacos and mini confetti cake blizzard. IT'S TRUE! Blizzards can be turned upside down!! Tacos were good but could've used more seasoning like garlic and onion powder. Blizzard was good but I could tell the cake pieces weren't moist. I was still hungry so I ordered another meal: cheeseburger, fries and drink. Lady offered me a vanilla cone for waiting. Great customer service and efficient. I did feel a little rushed to make a decision at the speaker by the older gentleman. Overall, I'd return to this location.“
