“My family and I were looking for somewhere to eat dinner and found this place online. The reviews were good so we decided to visit. They did not disappoint at all, this place was outstanding we ate every crumb 😂 and were wishing we had one in Anna TX where we live. I highly recommend visiting this place“

“Under new ownership! The change is amazing and definitely noticeable. A much needed new scene for Watauga. Very welcoming and inviting for any age groups. They have over 20+ flavors of ice creams as well as over 20+ types of mix ins. Also the CLEANEST food establishment that I’ve ever been to. The staffs are super friendly and clean, wipes everything down, from the doors you enter/exit, to the tables AND chairs you sit at. 10/10 experience. Delicious, fresh flavors. My go to is either the banana toffee or the butter pecan pretzel toffee. Butter Pecan Ice Cream or Banana Ice Cream w/ caramel and Heath bar, and add pretzels for the sweet and salty combo! Yummm. If you are ever on Denton Hwy, or going to target, you literally cannot miss them! They’ve got a new sign to establish new ownership.“

“This Dairy Queen has the best tasting food of any of the Dairy Queens I have been to in this area. The place is so clean as well.

However, we visited this location and ordered cheese with our food, were charged for it and did not receive it. The burgers were burnt and we also noticed we got two tops on one burger and two bottoms on another! LOL. The place was not busy when we came in either. I don't know what happened that day for everything to be so bad.

I took a photo of the food with no cheese and had the receipt with the charge of the cheese clearly shown on the receipt.

We go there often ever since we found out their food tastes the best. I thought I could just show them the picture with the food and the receipt in the same photo and they would put cheese on our food the next time we came in, but just not charge us for it.

I proceeded to order the food with cheese after showing her the picture on my phone. She said nothing and rang up our order. I looked at the total and realized she was charging us for cheese again. I said something and she said there is nothing I can do about it now. You should of returned here the same day it happened.

I told her we were already home and starting to eat before we noticed there was no cheese. I am very disappointed in this location now. It's a real shame too.

I imagine I will continue to go here since the food does taste the best most of the time, but we will not be ordering any extras on the food since we will not know if we will actually get it.“

“We have eaten at a lot of Dairy Queen in different locations. We feel the DQ on Spencer hwy in Pasadena is the best. They have very friendly and helpful employees. The place is always clean. The food is always good. That is why we eat there often. Today Gina M waited on us. She did an excellent job. She ran the register, served customers, and visited with them.
