“This place usually serves as an after school treat to celebrate something, and it’s never disappointing. There are 31 flavors to choose from, and I ordered a scoop of peanut butter chocolate and a scoop of rocky road. Both flavors were rich and creamy. The prices are reasonable and there are no problems with the service. They also have ice cream cakes ready to buy in the store. When I came, if you got two scoops, the waffle cone came free. Overall a great experience.“

“I love this place so much I'm going to go eat there with my wife right now. Freddy's has usurped Whataburger for me and it was my first job because I've always enjoyed it so much.

Point to make too. Every time I open the whataburger app everything is always more expensive (about every 3 weeks.) Freddy's? They kept steady and actually LOWERED THE PRICE BY 20 CENTS FOR SOME THINGS. That's insanely awesome when everyone else keeps raising them to see what they can get away with. Current date is October 30, 2024.

This particular Dairy Queen offers that same reliable fresh, delicious tasting burger. The people here are very friendly. They keep the restaurant in good condition. The soda machine is always working.As far as other burger oriented businesses go, well, Burger King has completely gone down the tubes on its Whopper offerings. McDonald's was never much to write home about where a traditional, greasy spoon style burger is concerned. Wendy's and Jack in the box are hit and miss, but simply can't compare. So far as a traditional, home style, greasy spoon Burger goes, Dairy Queen wins hands down. They may cost a little more, but it's worth it as they leave me full and satisfied. ???

Parking: There is plenty of parking in the parking lot. I was able to also Park a commercial truck and trailer safely on the side of the road in front of this Dairy Queen.

They have over 20+ flavors of ice creams as well as over 20+ types of mix ins. Also the CLEANEST food establishment that I’ve ever been to. The staffs are super friendly and clean, wipes everything down, from the doors you enter/exit, to the tables AND chairs you sit at. 10/10 experience. Delicious, fresh flavors. My go to is either the banana toffee or the butter pecan pretzel toffee. Butter Pecan Ice Cream or Banana Ice Cream w/ caramel and Heath bar, and add pretzels for the sweet and salty combo! Yummm. If you are ever on Denton Hwy, or going to target, you literally cannot miss them! They’ve got a new sign to establish new ownership.“

“I will give Great American Cookie a 5 star for fantastic ice cream and cookies But the price is not affordable for folks in a budget. This makes it harder for folks to come and enjoy this wonderful place if they have to worry about cost. Maybe create a more affordable price tier the everyone can come and enjoy your shop more often then once in a while. That will increase your profit margins a great deal. I say this because when we visit a great place like this on an outing with family it should be fun and enjoyable not leaving them saying well there amazing but we could have gone buy the store bought 3 flavors of Bluebell and all the trimmings and had that 5 days a week... Your marketing is great but you could make an additional line of product listing on the menu that that will be beneficial for everyone and not just lining your pockets. Your in the business to make money but if the economy changes and you don't then you won't have a business because folks won't be able to come to enjoy your place as often.
