“It's a cute little shop with about a dozen flavors. They have a few classics and some on the more creative side. All were delicious, but the real joy was their temperature sensitive spoon. It was really fun to see the color change as you dug into a heaping spoon of ice cream. The staff were really friendly and happy to give a taste if you wanted. The shop has seating for about a dozen, so it can get pretty crowded during peak times. Overall an excellent experience! Definitely worth a visit!“

“Tonight was the first night I went to baked bear. The food was good no complaint. The customer service was exceptional. Darcy was at the register and Kimberly and Niven were the cookie builders and all were very nice and attentive. My only complaint is since this is a very small location I felt myself tripping over all the little kids that were running around the shop.“

“Such a great place. MASSIVE selection and it was so creamy and flavorful! All flavors are made in house and the ones with additions have big portions or the addition. Thankfully they offer small cups. The woman helping us was so sweet and cheerful. We will definitely be back!“

“Came here after dinner at Hyde (owners of Nobi, the Gelato, and Hyde all the same). Walked right in from the inside of Hyde. I loved their spin on Asian flavored gelato instead of typical Italian. Just look at the flavors! Service - was great. It ebbs and flows with a lot of customers, or none at all. When we dropped in, after dinner, we were alone. Friendly lady at the counter let us try a lot of flavors (thank you, kind lady!). I tried the Ube (not too sweet) , chocolate (very rich) , and Happy Accident (very peanut buttery). I settled on the Black Sesame, very savory. We sat and enjoyed our small cups, which was just enough for after dinner, on their couches, that they have. Overall, solid!“

“The La Porte Dairy Queen is a staple in this community! I remember going there as a child and sitting outside enjoying an ice cream cone with my parents after school performances, or getting a late night snack after the Bulldogs played in the stadium behind DQ. I even had my first job under Ms. Pat when I was a teenager. Great food, great atmosphere and a great place to catch up on old memories! “I brought my mom to eat and ordered her the wrong ice cream and prince was very accommodating to bring us a turtle fudge sundae, which was absolutely delicious. It was cold in the restaurant, but he was gracious and turned the fans off for us while we ate a great experience.“

“It was such a hot day, so we wanted something cold and sweet. We checked out another place first that was ridiculously packed and not enough tables or chairs for the space, so we left and came here. There were a few people here as well, but we were able to snatch a table. I had a medium banana split with gansito flavor ice cream and coffee flavor, topped with sliced banana, chocolate hard shell syrup, pecans, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. It was yummy and a good portion. I've been here before and have never had an issue. Their Agua de Frutas is really good, too. Will visit again.“

He was able to take orders, make orders and deliver orders outside to cars simultaneously. He was very impressive. “Running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Trying to find an ice cream cake, for my niece, went to two different marble slabs and didn’t have a good experience. With customer service or prices. Decided to come to this Baskin-Robbins and they are absolutely amazing. I was helped by James and Karlie. They were amazing so sweet so nice. I’m pretty sure James has helped me in the past. And he has always been so wonderful. Highly recommend. Also, prices were better here. ☺️“

“Every time...without fail...for years... 1. Very clean...no sticky tables, chairs, floors. 2.Toppings bar is always clean, no cross contamination of toppings, no sticky spoons. Nuts are kept separated in containers away from the bar, but still accessible. 3. Fresh toppings...fruit is always fresh and yummy...no mushy mess! 4. Staff is always kind. We are greeted entering and thanked when leaving. Our favorite fro-yo shop!“

“After a lite lunch, it's time for Froyo. Step Daughter's chosing since is expecting our Grandchild on Monday or Tuesday; what can one say. Talk about impressed with their precautions during pandemic. First, on the door - Masks required. As you enter there is a table with a large sized hand sanitizer and a box of food gloves! I was so pleased to see this! I had the Dole Pineapple Sorbet and Original Tart. The two mixed together- very refreshing. The young man behind the counter was extremely helpful saw the Pineapple wasn't frozen and checked the machines and he said in two minutes it will be soft serve.. I waited about half that time because mixing it with the Tart was just as good and I love anything remotely resembling a Disney Dole Whip. Again, Step Daughter puts a fun to go.“

“I come here on average of 5 days a week, and I LOVE it here. The staff is always friendly and hardworking. I was just there today, and they were busy. I was so happy to see so many people in there (it was only 8 people in there + me), but it felt nice to know they were getting business. The three people I saw tonight did their job man. I really hope they get payed well. If you have never been here before and need a recommendation of which ice cream to get; Blue cotton candy with rainbow sprinkles is the best ice cream + topping combo I’ve ever had.
