I don’t normally leave reviews but for this particular case I will. My mother called craving ice-cream from marble slap, with a few minutes (3-5) until closing time I thought it was too late. As I approached the window the very kind lady took me despite in the middle of cleaning even though she didn’t have too. I remember when this place opened for the first time! I've been a loyal customer for years! The place is always clean, the customer service is amazing and, Shiain is the reason I come back again and again. She is super nice and she makes my cookies and cream marble slap perfect!

She goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience. However, the location can get uncomfortably warm, making the ice cream melt quickly. While the cleanliness of the place is generally good, it could be improved during peak hours. The parking space in front is limited, but there are many parking spaces around the area, requiring a little walking. It should be noted that serving sizes may vary depending on the location.
