“This is the best Brazilian steakhouse in Houston and the surrounding areas. I’ve tried several, Texas de Brazil, Chama Gaúcha, Taurao, and Fogo de Chão, and NONE of them compare to the quality of the food, service, attention to detail, or side dishes. We came for my mother-in-law’s birthday, and they even gave her a complimentary dessert (a full-size dessert, not a tiny sample). We left extremely happy and satisfied. This is without a doubt the place I would come back to again and again. We came for lunch, and my children under 2 years old ate for free. And $42.99 per person for lunch??? It’s the best place I’ve tried so far. If I could give them a thousand stars, I would!”

“Way more than an ordinary burger joint! A couple of buddies and I had lunch here Thursday after also dining here a couple of weeks ago. This place has it figured out. I’ve had the Magic Shroom and the Buffalo Bill (both made with bison), and one of my buddies had his burger made as a bowl (they’ll do that for any of their burgers). As odd as it sounds, it looked delicious (and was according to Mick)! An entire burger without the bun! They offer several different high-quality meats including Waygu and bison. Share an order of their truffel fries - over the top fantastic! Excellent atmosphere, excellent preparation and presentation of their burgers and sides, and all their ingredients are fresh. And the people - they really seemed genuinely concerned about our comfort and enjoyment of our experience there. They checked on us at least 2-3 times after we got our order to make sure all was well. This is definitely going on our regular list. Be adventurous and give it a try!”

“Me and my wife were craving noodles, so we searched on Google Maps and found Pei Wei right next to us. I opened their website to order, and when it asked to use my location, I clicked yes. We placed the order and drove there… only to find out I accidentally ordered from the Houston (Northwest Plaza) location.
I met Zachary, who I think is the assistant manager, and honestly he’s one of the best people I’ve dealt with in any restaurant. He told me to call the other location and request a refund. I called, but the cashier said she didn’t have the privileges to do a refund. So I just made a new order in the store and accepted the loss.
When Zachary asked me again and I told him they refused the refund, he was shocked. He immediately reached out to his manager, and the next day I got a call from the Northwest Plaza location — and they refunded my order. That alone tells you the level of care and professionalism this guy has. I’ve eaten in restaurants all over the world, and I can say this is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Zachary deserves recognition, and I’m sure he’ll be a great manager in the future.

The Buffalo Chicken is good too especially dipping it in ranch (white ketchup). Both visits we had great service. I didn't catch the name of the young lady that served us on Tuesday, but on Thursday night we had Isaac. He was very friendly, offered great suggestions for the kids and was just over all a joy! He was very attentive and kept our drinks full and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our dinner. After a long day at work , the little things matter.
Thank you to the sweet lady, maybe a manager who stopped at our table with coupons to use at our next visit. We will definitely be back.”

“I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve had a lot of barbecue, from San Antonio to Austin to Houston, and Rudy’s really impressed me. I know it’s a chain, but this was honestly some of the juiciest and most flavorful barbecue I’ve had.
The meat was tender, flavorful, and melted in your mouth. Even the turkey was succulent, which is not always easy to find at barbecue spots. The quality here was tremendous and easily compares with a lot of standalone barbecue restaurants.
For a chain, Rudy’s really delivers. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great barbecue that’s consistent, juicy, and full of flavor.”

“I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve had a lot of barbecue, from San Antonio to Austin to Houston, and Rudy’s really impressed me. I know it’s a chain, but this was honestly some of the juiciest and most flavorful barbecue I’ve had.
The meat was tender, flavorful, and melted in your mouth. Even the turkey was succulent, which is not always easy to find at barbecue spots. The quality here was tremendous and easily compares with a lot of standalone barbecue restaurants.
For a chain, Rudy’s really delivers. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great barbecue that’s consistent, juicy, and full of flavor.”

“The meals were really good! I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my different meals (pot roast, fried rice, turkey pasta). The staff was also really nice and helpful! I was in and out in 5 minutes and didn’t get pressured to buy a ton. Our toddler also liked what we got her. We will be trying more again.”

We have never had excellent service until this visit by Giovanna. We requested Bottle Service and she went above and beyond in presentation and service.
