Wow, I almost want to cry! I use to come to JCI as a kid, at a different location, It was so exciting to go there! What happened? I literally called and was hung up on before I finished ordering, I had to call back and press 3 ,7 times over and over so somebody would answer,Look I understand, people get busy ECT , but don't just ignore calls, don't rush people off the phones, just breathe and relax and I promise, in 30 seconds,you can fill an order or answer a question.I.understand,...read full review
The first experience was not so great but I've always been a fan of JCI I figured I'd give them another shot. The food was decent but the customer service was lacking. This maybe just a drive thru thing maybe if you go in it might be better but the drive thru is not so good.

Thank you to the staff for working on this Easter Holiday!!This is our favorite place to eat. We made a special trip today and everything was delicious!! The staff was very patient since we had a large group of 8. Our food came out quickly and was so good!! We also had the yummy dipped soft serve cones!! We will definitely be going back soon!!
