I would say that this place could actually be a fun and great experience for both children and adults but they really do need to reconsider the type of people they hire and that even includes the teenagers they have working there and also the managers. Non of the workers seemed to enjoy their job which made the experience awkward. I think 2-2.5 stars is appropriate for this place as I went with my friend for her niece's birthday and unfortunately the place was way too crowded. The lines were long and the staff as well as our hostess were incredibly inattentive towards both adults and children. Overworking untrained teenagers with seemingly no regard for small childrens' safety seems like a poor business model. Urban Air is a great place to bring the kiddos for some fun and in a closed atmosphere. This place can get crowded and you'll have to make your way around children running around or parents chasing the little ones.
