Urban Air is a great place to bring the kiddos for some fun and in a closed atmosphere. This place can get crowded and you'll have to make your way around children running around or parents chasing the little ones.

Urban Air Café is a restaurant and trampoline park that is great for families with children. The Leap of Faith area is overseen by Anne, who is known for being wonderful with children. She handled a situation with care when a child had an accident. However, there was an incident involving a woman, referred to as Karen, who was aggressive towards a group of people, yelling at them to get off the trampolines and using threatening language. The situation escalated when Karen physically grabbed one of the individuals and cursed at them. Despite this, the managers at Urban Air Café were reported to be understanding and helpful, with one manager in particular offering a free drink to help calm down the individual involved in the altercation. Despite the positive atmosphere and helpful staff, the behavior of Karen left a negative impression on the individuals present during the incident. The trampoline park itself can get crowded and may require navigating around running children and their parents.
