“Absolutely fantastic Mongolian beef! However, the only downsides to the meal are very small egg rolls and the Fried Rice does not have much flavor to it.
I'm still giving it 5 stars for the fantastic main dish and fresh brew iced tea.“

“Me and my wife were craving noodles, so we searched on Google Maps and found Pei Wei right next to us. I opened their website to order, and when it asked to use my location, I clicked yes. We placed the order and drove there… only to find out I accidentally ordered from the Houston (Northwest Plaza) location.

I met Zachary, who I think is the assistant manager, and honestly he’s one of the best people I’ve dealt with in any restaurant. He told me to call the other location and request a refund. I called, but the cashier said she didn’t have the privileges to do a refund. So I just made a new order in the store and accepted the loss.

When Zachary asked me again and I told him they refused the refund, he was shocked. He immediately reached out to his manager, and the next day I got a call from the Northwest Plaza location — and they refunded my order. That alone tells you the level of care and professionalism this guy has. I’ve eaten in restaurants all over the world, and I can say this is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Zachary deserves recognition, and I’m sure he’ll be a great manager in the future.

“We ordered catering. I don’t normally do a Google review for fast food, but this was different.

Our granddaughter loves Panda, could eat it every day. So for her HS grad party, she asked for that to be served. We ordered from their catering menu, a package that was about $200 and supposed to serve about 26-30 people. It was 4 proteins and 4 sides. We also added on a jumbo pack of egg rolls and a jumbo pack of rangoons. The proteins we got were double orange chicken (her fav), walnut shrimp and Beijing Beef. The sides we got were double noodles (her fav), steamed rice and fried rice. All together, with the shrimp upgrade and adding on egg rolls and rangoons, after tax, it was a sneeze over $300 for 30 people planned.

The spread was terrific! It was a ton of food. We fed about 30 people and sent a lot of food home with our granddaughter. She will eat Panda for a week; she was delighted. Hehe

We snuck some walnut shrimp and egg rolls leftovers for ourselves and everyone else took leftovers home also.

Panda catering is the deal of the century, I’m telling ya. And it was really tasty and spot on time. Very happy with it all.“

“I've been a customer here for years now. Typical American Chinese fast food menu but the taste and quality of the food served is what makes it stand out compared to all the other drive thru oriental fast food places within a 10 mile radius of the South Houston/Pasadena area. I have yet to be disappointed by anything off their menu. Attentive, professional staff at the drive thru order station and pick up window. There is dine in available but I've only ever picked up food to go. I drive here over the three other businesses closer to my home. Recommend. Atmosphere I never give 5 stars unless its an exceptional dine in experience. Fast food joints can never rate 5 stars for this reason.“

“They offer an extensive selection of food at very reasonable prices. My dad and I went for lunch and the lunch portions are very generous. Pros: there was no wait time to be seated, our server was courteous, generous portions. Cons: while my dad loved his orange chicken, my dish was good (grilled red fish) but didn't really have any seasoning. It was topped with grilled onions which were very good. I would be willing to go back and try a different entree.“

“Stopped in for dinner.. Looks like an old dumpy gas station. You order and pay at counter. Menu is on the wall. I had General Taso's Chicken ( One the best meals I have had). “Absolutely delicious. I got the general chicken with fried rice and 2 egg rolls.

I have to start off by saying it was the best fried rice I've ever had from a restaurant. The rice was soft, and just a little chewy, not overly mushy or crunchy, cooked just right. The flavor was lightly sweet and eggy, unlike the fried rice I have had from other places that was dry and drowned in overpowering soy sauce. It was great both on its own and paired with the chicken.

And now the general chicken itself was perfect. The meat was juicy and tender, there was plenty of veggies (I especially loved the crispness of the water chestnuts), and the sauce was spicy and full of flavor; it tasted a bit like sriracha.

The dinner meal portion size was very generous, too. I didn't take a picture because I was not expecting to leave a review, but I was starting to feel full halfway through it.

The wait for my food was on the longer side, but I know that's because it was being made fresh, and the wait staff was very friendly and kept me updated.

All in all, I am 100 percent coming back, and I am telling my friends and family.“

“Been coming here for years and they absolutely have the best egg rolls around! Service is amazing and my wife who loves Pho says it’s he best around also. I normally order orange chicken or the crispy egg noodle plate which is enough to feed 4 people. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been amazing and delicious. “Super delicious 😋 I had the orange chicken and steamed rice when I say that the steam rice was so soft and fluffy I mean it !!! I ate my whole box I couldn't get enough of it ...had a couple of bites out of my boyfriends rice. we shared the orange chicken and the sauce was orangey and can definitely tell they homemade it. the zest and broccoli... it's the small details that made such a difference.I came in at 9:20pm and they still attended me with a smile and recommendations which I did appreciate alot speaks volume to still have great customer service when trying to close. “Wonderful little restaurant in the Dickinson area! My husband and I shared the hunan shrimp and sesame chicken lunch special which came with the best wonton soup. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the right temperature. My 2 year old daughter loved the sesame chicken and egg rolls. Our waitress was very friendly and the food came out quick! This has become a favorite regular spot for us and we’re going to miss it when we move out of state next month!“

“We enjoy eating at Ah-Loo. It's easy to place a pick-up order over the phone, and then grab it at the drive thru window. Our go-to items are sesame chicken, orange chicken, wonton soup, sweet and sour pork, cheese crab puffs, and egg rolls. “First, it's Americanized "Asian" food, not Thai. Maybe the owner is Thai. Who knows. They claim to not use MSG so I figured id give it a try. I had the Mongolian beef and the mango chicken with noodles. It was good. It wasn't magnificent, but it was less than $10 and I've paid more for less. I'm full and feel the meal was satisfying. I'd eat here again, if I don't end up with an MSG headache. The tea is instant so I will just get water next time.“
