“Ate here for dinner, was pretty busy on a wednesday evening. I loved the biang biang noodle! The fried rice that came with the entree of pepper beef was old and smelled funky; told our server and replaced it with a fresh bowl of fried rice. Will be back to try other items; hoping they can do a better quality check on their fried rice.“
“We tried it while there was a parade going on a few blocks away so it was dead when we arrived. Service was quick, took maybe 5 mins to get our food. The egg roll and shrimp roll was absolutely ?. It came with sweet and sour sauce that is made in house. You can tell it's not the bottle stuff because of the texture and taste. It's the best sauce I've tasted. Ordered the sizzling beef, it had a great flavor. The general tso came out with a beautiful presentation, I almost didn't want to eat it. The fried rice taste fresh, the shrimps are huge.“
“I definitely recommend this place. Greeted at the door. Fast and professional service. I had the Mongolian beef, it was outstanding. I wasn't that hungry so I thought. My Son had the Udon noodles and was very pleased. The fish, fried shrimp and fried rice was bland, I think a tempura batter would have been more appealing. There is something for everyone. We are definitely going back and taking the family.“
“Kappa is a local favorite. The food is delicious especially the sushi which is prepared fresh. The service is great. Even delivery which is always brought before the expected time. My new favorite is the bento box.Wheelchair accessibility: It is located within short distance of wheelchair rampsDietary restrictions: It has vegetarian options and a diet menu“
“First time trying this place was when my husband and I were sick with covid a few months ago and our friend who isn’t viet, suggested this place to us. I trust her taste since she’s enjoyed authentic viet food before, so I gladly accepted her kind offer to send us food from here. Omg!!! I almost cried. When I get sick I crave homemade viet food, but don’t want to cook it myself. This is like having homemade food my mom makes or the really good viet restaurants in Chinatown. So happy!!! We moved to this area last year, I’ve tried some of the trendy newer viet restaurants along 288, but still wasn’t super impressed especially with the prices. But Thanh phương is great and typical family style orders where you get enough to feed the family. And taste is phenomenal - just had egg rolls, egg noodle soup, viet salad (goi), and some other things. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!! So far it almost reminds me of our family’s long gone favorite restaurant, jade. So thankful my friend introduced us to this place!!!“
“Good value for the lunch special-$9.50 gets happy family, egg drop soup, egg roll. The happy family had chicken, beef, and shrimp with no pork or that fake lobster stuff. It also had onions and bell peppers with no other vegetables. I expected more stuff to be in it. Not sure if that is the common recipe in this area, because it's not what I'm used to for happy family. The soup was very good, and the egg roll was average. Sweet and sour chicken was very good. All food was hot and a nice lunch size“
“I stayed away from Chinese buffets for almost 7 yrs or so because I always found the food to be bland and a waste of my money. I would get 7 plates to basically nibble on the dishes. Not here!!!! I live 4 mins away and since I work from home I run in to get the to-go buffet for roughly $16 and I have so much food leftover, I usually eat that for dinner. Well worth my money and the staff is amazingly pleasant and courteous. I also love their dinner buffet. They have crab, shrimp, and more! Oh and the Kung Poa is the best in Pearland!!!! Yup I said it!“
“I really wasn’t expecting a lot from this place because I just wanted some quick Chinese food but let me tell you, their food kind of took me by surprise. Food was great. I’ll even go as far and say it might be the best Chinese food restaurant in Pearland.“
“Manager Rick and his team were AWESOME! The issue here was not Pei Wei, but the person who ordered the food for me online. He messed up my order but Manager Rick and his team quickly resolved my issue with his kindness and lovely hospitality. If I were corporate, I would promote him to corporate customer service trainer. Rick and his team should be rewarded for their great customer service!“
“My family has eaten here multiple times. The food is always fresh. Staff is quite, efficient and always friendly. Very clean restaurant with ample space to navigate. If you have not been I would definitely recommend the experience. You will be pleased.Vegetarian options: You can definitely get just veggies.Dietary restrictions: The menu is clear allowing for easy decisionsKid-friendliness: Sometimes you can feel it when a place isn't partial to children, this is not one of those places.Wheelchair accessibility: It's the law.“
“I had to knock a few stars off because I haven't been feeling well ever since my last visit. I don't know what changed, but it just wasn't good this time around. It tasted good, but my stomach has been really queasy ever since my last visit. I'm not sure if I'll be back again after whoever did what to my food in the kitchen. I'm not sure who was working the kitchen that day, but the old man wasn't there that's usually overseeing everything, so I think that maybe, "if the cat's away, the mice will play." And, that's not good for the longevity of this business. I hope this gets fixed, because it's a very convenient spot for me to get affordable comfort food at competitive prices.Original Review: I'm not sure why so many people are complaining. I've been eating here for a while and I've never ever had these problems. I also don't eat meat, so I don't worry about what chicken is like. I usually pick up food here when I don't feel so well, and the food here always makes me feel better afterwards. If you decide to eat here, try the vegan options, they're good to me. Service has always been good for me, and so has the food. I'm not sure why everyone is attacking this company, but I don't ever have these problems and it seems like everyone just wants to complain. Not every experience can be perfect, but I'm drooling thinking about their curry right now. ??♂️Vegetarian options: You have to ask for the vegan options, but if the cashier doesn't speak English very well, just ask her to contact someone who does so they can help you get the exact food you want.“
“The Xiao Long Bao is so good and is full of amazing, hot soup. This is what we always come for specifically, and it never ceases to satisfy! We also asked for Kung Pao tofu the last time we came in. The tofu was crispy and the spice was perfectly tangy and hot. We get this with the homemade noodles and it is enough to feed at least four people. I highly recommend both these dishes.Vegetarian options: Kung Pao Tofu“
