The cabbage is fresh and sweet as candy. The yams, my goodness, can anyone do yams like this restaurant. Absolutely not. The cornbread is such a good texture, it is almost like cake. “This is the most consistent crawfish spot in town. Every time I purchase from them it’s just like the last time. The flavor/seasoning is mild/perfect. It’s not spicy but it has a LITTLE kick! They have some really good sausage as well! Customer service is great and they serve you pretty quickly! I highly recommend!“

“Pretty spacious sushi spot. They have so many choices and other entrees. The prices are fair too. Quality is up to par with other mid sushi places. They have a lunch special which I did get to partake in due to the time.

I got the takumi it was interesting with the roe on top of the rolls. I feel like it was a little too much as I took a bite some of it would just fall off. However, it does make it look nice.

I also got the Louisiana roll. I didn’t feel like it was anything special. No flavors jumped out to me.

I was the only one there so the service was fine. I went at 3pm just passed the cut off of the lunch special time.“

“I always enjoy my experience at Vallenson's! They have great beer options on tap, indoor and outdoor seating, lots of outside lawn space for kids to run around, and TV's for sports watchers. Their staff is also super friendly and always helpful with beer recommendations :)“

We had a large order that we traveled from Baton Rouge to get, it was ready on time, cooked correctly, and had that perfect grease soaked, crunch. “We came late afternoon on a Saturday so it was pretty quiet. We were seated immediately, our server Devon was great! Appetizers came out quick and everything was delicious. The onion rings are YUMMY and the portion was huge! We didn’t order any wings, but all of our entrees were really good. The margarita shrimp tacos are highly recommended with the bacon cheddar burger coming in a close second. Beer was cold, tea was sweet and we will definitely be back!“

“Eats Mesquite Grill made my two week trip to Houston memorable. It started with the pork sandwich. How can I be so blessed? I did have to come back because I saw my jealous eyes on a full stomach saw someone else's ribeye. You can see my point, can't you? I couldn't get by without a breakfast burrito, the best I had in my life because there was not too much potato, and the potato it did have was both soft and crispy somehow. I had never had a buffalo burger before. After thanking God that buffaloes have revived as a species enough that we can make burgers out of them, I discovered that it isn't discernibly different than beef. The shrimp po' boy did not escape me, half gone already in the pic. It was my deepest regret to drive out on a Sunday, when they were closed. I had to go to online church to handle the disappointment (that's a joke, although I did go to online church afterwards). It was even sadder that my schedule would not permit a revisit in my last two days. Eats Mesquite Grill. I love you.“
