“Today was a nice day and I decided to go to Mikkis for my Seniors dinner. When I arrived a staff member opened the door for me. Then the lines was not jammed. My order was placed and the staff were prompt in responding. The turkey wings are fall off the bone good. The gravy is just the right consistency. The mashed potatoes are so creamy and delicious. The cabbage is fresh and sweet as candy. The yams, my goodness, can anyone do yams like this restaurant. Absolutely not. The cornbread is such a good texture, it is almost like cake. The staff has changed to a more friendly and polite team. Always enjoy my visits here.“

Even though they only had hibachi style and not where they cook in front of you I still thought it was very delicious, hats off to the chef. Although I do not live out in Pearland I would definitely make a special trip just for the yummy food and amazing service. My friend had the sweet and sour chick and I had the teriyaki chicken bento box.“

It was my fault I should have asked if the coleslaw was gluten-free but I never in my life would expect ramen noodles in my coleslaw. So if you are gluten-free make sure to ask or let them know.“

I’m not sure why if it was because they didn’t get enough business, but we were really sad to see it go & We haven’t ate casa ole in almost a decade, so we decided to drive to the Pearland location to see if The food was the same And to check it out and turns out it was the same but better the staff we’re all super friendly. Everyone had a smile on their face and was always checking on us. The food came out quickly and hot and tasted like home. “Everything was fantastic! I had the General Tso’s chicken with steamed rice, an egg roll, hot and sour soup with crispy noodles, and the peach tea.

The General Tso’s chicken was easily the best I’ve had in a long time. It was perfectly cooked and still crispy, and the sauce had just the right flavor and consistency. The hot and sour soup was delicious, and the peach tea was amazing!

The restaurant was very clean, our food came out quickly, and the prices were very reasonable. Great food, great value, and a really good experience overall.

“A friend and I were there for a late lunch today (Oct. 20th) at 1:30pm. We both love Saltgrass because we know we can always count on an excellent meal, no matter what we order. Today she had a grilled salmon ceasar salad and I had a grilled chicken ceasar salad. Our server, Anthony, was attentive as always. The salads were delicious and we enjoyed them very much but I did have an issue with mine as I was finishing it. I spoke quietly with Anthony who went to the manager who in turn came over to address the issue. Both were professional, apologetic, and very courteous and the matter was dealt with to our satisfaction. We've never had an issue previously so this will in no way deter us from enjoying further meals at Saltgrass and we look forward to our next visit.“
