I’m not mentioning this as a complaint, but rather to commend the supervisor; even though it wasn't his job, he provided excellent service—he practically handled 80% of it himself—and I didn't get a chance to thank him. “This place is absolute GAS. Same owners as the downtown location, where I grew up eating. I come here multiple times a week and the biggest thing for me is consistency. I want the same thing every time I come, and I haven’t been to the location downtown in a year or two but one of the owners introduced themself to me and said they want the same food you get here down there. I’m curious to see the comparison. I believe it to be true considering the consistency here. Great spot, I’m a Lifer at Pho Saigon without a doubt….“
