“Being born and raised North of Detroit and JETS being one of my favorite home town pizzas, I was nervous it wouldn’t be the same, but this location really exceeded my expectations! We had a large order that we traveled from Baton Rouge to get, it was ready on time, cooked correctly, and had that perfect grease soaked, crunch. If we are ever around this location again, we will definitely be back. Great job team and THANK YOU.“

“I had an amazing experience at Via 313 Pizzeria, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Dylan!
From the moment we walked in, Dylan greeted us with a friendly smile and an incredible attitude. His personality was absolutely contagious, he was welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making sure every customer had a great experience.
What really stood out was how attentive he was throughout our visit. He checked on us regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, and never made us feel forgotten. It's rare to receive customer service that feels so genuine these days, but Dylan went above and beyond to make us feel valued.
The food was fantastic, but exceptional customer service is what truly makes a dining experience memorable, and Dylan absolutely delivered.
His professionalism, positive energy, and attention to detail turned a great meal into an outstanding experience.
Via 313 is lucky to have someone like Dylan on their team. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back. If you're stopping by, I highly recommend asking for Dylan, you'll be in great hands!

“Tim and Phillip took EXTRA GOOD CARE of me yesterday, also it was my first time to ever eat there and I give it five stars all day long. I got the Canadian bacon and pepperoni with some of that green sauce for dipping sauce and it was absolutely amazing but shout out to Tim and Philip for hooking me up. Will definitely be coming back to this place again 😍“

“Ordered pizza for delivery and door dash picked it up but abandoned my order. The store called to ask had I gotten it. I haven’t they promptly remade my order and comped it… had it at my door in 25mins… the Delivery guy was super kinda and very personable… thank you for making up for the let down… we will order again!“

“If you're looking for great Italian food paired with exceptional service, Grazia Italian Restaurant is the place to go! I have to give a special shout-out to Riley, our server, who was absolutely firing on all cylinders. She was professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making our first visit feel warm and welcoming from start to finish. The atmosphere was charming, quaint, and personable, the perfect setting to enjoy a delicious meal. Every part of the experience made us feel like our time and money were well spent. This was my first visit, but it certainly won't be my last. Grazia earns a well-deserved 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!“

“Grandchildren always enjoy going to Chuck E Cheese. They get to play til they are exhausted and eat and I can sit and watch them and interact as well while I eat and drink. It’s a win/win!! The membership is the best incentive for your money.“

“I have tried ordering on my desktop but am always invited to try again later. Today I tried the app but was not pleased and will not use it again. The pizza was not ready on arrival at the time the app said it would be. So much for computers and AI. Anyhow, they had plenty of available tables so I sat and waited about ten minutes. I found the interior to be very clean and the staff very professional and polite. The pizza was nice and hot when I got it back to the house. A very good experience except for the corporate back office, and I will not hold that against them.“
