“Justin is the best employee that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I placed an order earlier and called because my pizza's were burnt. Justin explained that the lights had gone out and thought the team members had remade my order. He apologized for the issue and immediately put two new pizzas in the oven. About 40 minutes later he called stating that the driver hadn't taken my order to deliver and personally delivered the pizzas himself. What could have been a bad experience was saved by an employee who truly understands customer service. Thank you Justin, for all you do!“

“We held my husband’s birthday here at TO 3 last weekend and the staff was so accommodating for a large group of 20. Our waitress Kathy was so sweet and so tentative. Our whole group had a really good time and enjoyed the food. They also had clear walls up and heaters around the patio so you could still enjoy the outside views. 10/10 👌“

“I don’t give out 5 stars too often, but this location was great. What really impressed me was the kindness and professional of the staff. They listened to what I wanted and happily made it happen. I asked for extra crispy crust and they even took the time to show me the crust and ask if it was cooked to order. Came in during the weekday lunch shift. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious.Great job guys 👍🏼“
