“Justin is the best employee that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I placed an order earlier and called because my pizza's were burnt. Justin explained that the lights had gone out and thought the team members had remade my order. He apologized for the issue and immediately put two new pizzas in the oven. About 40 minutes later he called stating that the driver hadn't taken my order to deliver and personally delivered the pizzas himself. What could have been a bad experience was saved by an employee who truly understands customer service. Thank you Justin, for all you do!“

Everything just about was hot and fresh. The pasta and sauces are good. I requested a spinach pizza and they never made it.

“Normally the Crosby location is the best Domino's in the area. Today was the first time we used the pick up window ? not ever again ? we sat in a line for over 30 mins and no one ever came to the window, we was 3 cars back with 3 cars behind us the car at window finally pulled up and went inside, then someone came to window and disappeared for another 10mins we couldn't pull up or back out of line my husband got out of the truck and went inside got out pizza but we still had to sit there till they got the person in front of us's pizza .... I ordered the small Deluxe, thin crust and Cheezy Bread. This pizza is gud (no - I didn't mispell it). The bread, too, was so gud - just some great comfort food. Tyler was the cashier. Very nice. “I have always loved Papa Johns Pizza. We were so excited when they put in a local store in our neighborhood last year. But the last few times we’ve ordered, we have been sadly disappointed. A few weeks ago our elementary school had a fundraiser so we ordered several items. All of our food showed up cold. I let it slide because I knew they were very busy. But after last nights order, I was disappointed again. I even ordered extra extra cheese on my pizza and barely got even what I would assume was a regular amount of cheese. “I've actually eaten here several times in the last two years. I'm usually so hungry, I forget to take pics and do a review, most of my visits to this location was because I had family in the hospital and they wanted something other than hospital food.I've never been disappointed with them until yesterday. Let me explain: The food was great but the young lady that used to work the drive thru wasn't there, and the guy that took her place, although he wasn't rude, he also wasn't as friendly. He was in work mode though and as an ex supervisor, I would of been proud of him for that.As an aging, disabled woman, who doesn't get out of the house much, I enjoy getting to know people, when I do. So, a little disappointed with the lack of conversation before my food was ready. The last girl, who worked the drive thru, she was in her early twenties, had just moved in with her new beaux, had a bandage wrapped around her hand from a third degree burn she got from work. So she talked to me about the hospital and was genuinely interested in getting to know me too. That was nice, since I have a daughter her age.The only other thing I was disappointed with was when I got home and opened the bag, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The sandwich tasted great as usual, once I pulled it out of that wrapper, which reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so it made me start coughing. That's never fun. Other than that, the turkey bacon club was delicious, the tea was excellent and the jalapeno chips were awesome! ??I've never eaten inside this location, so I couldn't tell you many facts about it, but when I drive by the windows, it looks very clean inside.As hot as it gets in Texas, it's rare to find a restaurant, with good tea that hasn't soured. So a good, cold glass of tea, was what keeps me coming back to this location.I do wish they had one closer to my house. Both Schlotzsky's near me are over 10 miles from where I live. That don't sound like much, but in Houston traffic, 10 miles could take 45 minutes to drive. It literally took me an hour and 12 minutes to get there and back. Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking and a ramp to get up the sidewalk. I don't recall seeing automatic doors, so it would be advisable to bring someone with you to open the door, if you're in a wheelchair.“
