“Pasadena y'all are sleeping on Pizza lounge. Service was outstanding, and the food was so fresh and scrumptious. Calzone was superb. Garlic cheese breadsticks brought me back to my childhood. Plus the build your pasta plate so get exactly what you want... very good options and so tasty. Juke box for music selection and tvs for sports. Would definitely recommend!Vegetarian options: It's Italian food, so there's some naturally meat free dishes, but the selection isn't huge. However, it's totally worth it because it's done so well.“

Shoutout to the ones that keep the ship afloat; managers Blake and Mary.As an employee; this where the disconnect lies. Lazy management outside this store leaves room for undesirable behavior from some. Wanna-be leaders are allowed to train and make an impression on new-hires. Complacency brings laziness; further crippling sales and customer service by being consistently short-staffed and improperly inventoried. Likely bleeding money at every neglect. Not to mention causing burnout and taking advantage of the good employees that really care.I was a driver; reported to hr being bullied by another employee and then was wrongly terminated, rehired the next day only to be fired the following week over a $2 mistake on a customer tip and her nasty review on here. The incident was never investigated. I was never given the opportunity to rectify or even discussed. I don’t even know that the bad review was replied to. Oh and the bully still works there. Reports of verbal abuse were investigated and investigated and investigated for months with no resolution. These games are more challenging to win, but are still at a super low price point, as each game is only about 50 cents per play. I recommend stopping by for the arcade! “I just moved near this Pizza Hut and this place has been the best ! Service is quick for pick up and delivery has been fast . I ordered once during lunch time and the pizza was eh like built wise, but at evening/night time, pizza is cheesy with great amount of toppings. “The reviews calling out the manager Jose are accurate, he really does suck sometimes. I placed a to go order a while back and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready. He said I must've placed it at the other location in Pasadena but I literally have this location's number saved in my phone and place to go orders all the time and I KNOW it was him that took my order. He denied it even after I showed I called the right location. Didn't even try to make it right.Pat, on the other hand, is so great! I love when he's there because his customer service is always awesome. Pizza is always coming out fresh no matter what time or day of the week you're there. I do wish the location was a little bigger because sometimes it's packed with no place to seat my family of 5 but other than that this is my favorite Cicis!
