“First time customer and I will be back! I visited the MOD Pizza location in Pasadena, Texas.
Located in an easy to find retail shopping center off of the Beltway.
Restaurant was very clean. Service was impeccable. Staff person took his time to explain the process for ordering. A myriad of toppings, sizes, sides, dine-in or take out.
I decided to stay and enjoy my pizza (with intention to take 1/2 home for later).
That didn't happen since I ate it all except one slice. Beverage offerings (self-serve) were excellent as well.“

“I love this location there is never a line and super quick with their orders. The Pizza Hut in Deer Park is across the street from my house but I’ve always drive to this location because I know my food is going to be ready when the app says unlike the Center st location.“

If I had friends visiting from out of the country especially I would definitely bring them here. Especially inside this specific location the customer service was above what you would expect from a pick up area. I wish every pizza place was nice like this. I have. Lot to say about the churros actually but there never enough time - to talk about churros.“

“Today's walk-in for take out was at the Fairmont location. I would have used their drive through window but the sign said something about pickup orders (placed ahead) so I didn't wish to be told to park out front to wait 20 minutes under their shade tree.

My attention gravitated to the window sign for the large fiery sausage and green pepper pizza near the entrance. It was a good choice for $11.90 total.

Five stars, and three stars for inside counter service, because of the malfunctioning card reader declined my debit card, and that was after several attempts by the cashier. So I just paid the bill with cash to avoid the hassle again.

Also I watched her running from behind the counter to open the door to a customer on a wheel chair to give him his order, then helped him out to get in the bathroom and so on. “12/29, to to whomever worked closing shift this evening, yall were amazing and went above and beyond when you didn’t have to.
Before arriving, I attempted to go to the location @ 3421 Spencer…;
Arrived at 9:05 pm, doors were locked, though people were still inside, as well as some leaving as we walked up. 12/29 was not within their “holiday hours”, so closing time was listed as 10pm. But doors were locked an hour before? Ridiculous.
So, I Ended up coming to this location, where I was not only able to eat; but was made a fresh pizza within 30 mins of closing. Customer service was through the roof, and warmly appreciated.

Such a huge difference, compared to the one that is barely 15 mins away on the same street.“

She is alone most of the time when I come in but she always makes sure my food is perfect, while managing to keep the rest of the store taken care of! She deserves a raise or a bonus for her hard work!“
