“One of the best Cicis locations I’ve ever been to! I travel quite a bit and have visited many Cicis restaurants, including others near this area, but this one stands out because of Pat, the manager.

Pat does an amazing job making sure the pizza is always fresh and coming out regularly. The entire buffet stays fully stocked, clean, and fresh. What impressed me most was that he wasn't just managing from the sidelines.. he was actively walking around the dining room, checking on customers, clearing plates from tables, and making sure everyone was having a great experience.

You can really tell he takes pride in his restaurant and cares about customer satisfaction. The excellent service, cleanliness, and attention to detail made this one of the best dining experiences I've had at a Cicis. Great job, Pat!“

“First time customer and I will be back! I visited the MOD Pizza location in Pasadena, Texas.
Located in an easy to find retail shopping center off of the Beltway.
Restaurant was very clean. Service was impeccable. Staff person took his time to explain the process for ordering. A myriad of toppings, sizes, sides, dine-in or take out.
I decided to stay and enjoy my pizza (with intention to take 1/2 home for later).
That didn't happen since I ate it all except one slice. Beverage offerings (self-serve) were excellent as well.“

If I had friends visiting from out of the country especially I would definitely bring them here. Especially inside this specific location the customer service was above what you would expect from a pick up area. I wish every pizza place was nice like this. I have. Lot to say about the churros actually but there never enough time - to talk about churros.“

“Today's walk-in for take out was at the Fairmont location. I would have used their drive through window but the sign said something about pickup orders (placed ahead) so I didn't wish to be told to park out front to wait 20 minutes under their shade tree.

My attention gravitated to the window sign for the large fiery sausage and green pepper pizza near the entrance. It was a good choice for $11.90 total.

Five stars, and three stars for inside counter service, because of the malfunctioning card reader declined my debit card, and that was after several attempts by the cashier. So I just paid the bill with cash to avoid the hassle again.

“That lady Blanca, if I got her name right, is Gold. She’s got a Fabulous attitude. Also I watched her running from behind the counter to open the door to a customer on a wheel chair to give him his order, then helped him out to get in the bathroom and so on. “This Cicis was great the guy up front Matt, he greatest us with his staff, he got us paid and asked us if we wanted a custom pizza before we left the front counter. He laughed with us made us feel at home and not to mention they have a guy name Gabe I think. man does he always move around the restaurant like all the tables are clear and cleaned when I looked away and looked back the table was spotless. Just wow amazing. Matt & Gabe if y'all see this guys thank you!!“

“Great customer service as I waited at drive thru to move fwd I received a call to acknowledge if it was me and thst my order would be ready by time i moved up to window ..since there was another vehicle in front of me. Great young lady attended me at drive thru.“
