“The food there’s is actually really good. From my experience there, the staff is actually really friendly welcoming and always talk to you with a positive attitude. From ordering to getting my food to me, in all honestly it didn’t took then that long considering how many people where there.“
“We eat at Pipeline frequently and have never had a bad meal. Their chicken fried steak is the best in town. Other dishes to try: smothered chicken, Cali wrap, burgers, pizza, fried green beans, chip trio. It's a great spot for a casual meal!“
“The salad bar is pretty good and always fresh. I like that you can get a personal size pizza with whatever you want on it and that it's always fresh. They are always friendly when we go in our call in an order. They are quick with delivery too and I've never gotten an order that was made wrong so that's a plus. The delivery drivers are pleasant and prompt. I recommend this place, if you don't care for greasy undercooked pizzas. They are always fresh tasting!“
“I've actually eaten here several times in the last two years. I'm usually so hungry, I forget to take pics and do a review, most of my visits to this location was because I had family in the hospital and they wanted something other than hospital food.I've never been disappointed with them until yesterday. Let me explain: The food was great but the young lady that used to work the drive thru wasn't there, and the guy that took her place, although he wasn't rude, he also wasn't as friendly. He was in work mode though and as an ex supervisor, I would of been proud of him for that.As an aging, disabled woman, who doesn't get out of the house much, I enjoy getting to know people, when I do. So, a little disappointed with the lack of conversation before my food was ready. The last girl, who worked the drive thru, she was in her early twenties, had just moved in with her new beaux, had a bandage wrapped around her hand from a third degree burn she got from work. So she talked to me about the hospital and was genuinely interested in getting to know me too. That was nice, since I have a daughter her age.The only other thing I was disappointed with was when I got home and opened the bag, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The sandwich tasted great as usual, once I pulled it out of that wrapper, which reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so it made me start coughing. That's never fun. Other than that, the turkey bacon club was delicious, the tea was excellent and the jalapeno chips were awesome! ??I've never eaten inside this location, so I couldn't tell you many facts about it, but when I drive by the windows, it looks very clean inside.As hot as it gets in Texas, it's rare to find a restaurant, with good tea that hasn't soured. So a good, cold glass of tea, was what keeps me coming back to this location.I do wish they had one closer to my house. Both Schlotzsky's near me are over 10 miles from where I live. That don't sound like much, but in Houston traffic, 10 miles could take 45 minutes to drive. It literally took me an hour and 12 minutes to get there and back. That being said, they're worth the drive. Hope y'all enjoy the pics, and have a very blessed day! Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking and a ramp to get up the sidewalk. I don't recall seeing automatic doors, so it would be advisable to bring someone with you to open the door, if you're in a wheelchair.“
“Entered just as the store was closing Jerry, went way above and beyond as most employees would be in a rush to leave to help out this doordash driver who had lost her bag. He provided me a new one, to make sure that our customer was happy and satisfied with a hot pizza. Thank you sir.“
“The pizza was absolutely delicious. Calzone was great but I'll probably do the 'build your own' next time. I like ricotta in my 'zone and not sure if that's a choice. The "Alpine sauce" caught me off guard but I decided I did like it. The pizza dough is really good and I typically don't like a doughy pizza. Usually a thin crust girl or leave dough on the plate but this... all got eaten. Only drawback is that we got there with the plan of a sit down dinner and didn't realize it was carry out only. It turned into the best 'earing pizza in the truck in the HEB parking lot dinner date' ever. Looking forward to trying more of the menu.“
