“Best pizza place in town the salad bar is supper fresh and they keep it clean even during customers. The chicken buffalo pizza was so good honestly I loved it the wings were well cooked and crunchy customer service was also great. Recommend this place 10 out of 10.“

“Waffle House in Baytown is one of my favorite breakfast spots. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which makes the dining experience enjoyable from the moment you walk in. The food is consistently delicious, and you can tell they take their time preparing it rather than rushing orders out.

The only downside is that it stays packed most of the time. Seating is limited, so you may have to wait for a table during busy hours. The dining area can also feel a bit cramped when the restaurant is full.

“My wife and I are full time travelers, and on moving day, after setting up our new camp, we're usually too tired to make dinner and have made sort of a tradition in getting Chinese food on those days. We arrived in Anahuac, and I did a search for Chinese food near me, and read the reviews for the few places nearby. We chose this one, and were very happy we did. The lady behind the counter was very nice, and we placed our order (eat-in, which we normally don't do). We both got unsweetened ice tea, which was good and strong the way we like it. For appetizers we ordered spring rolls and pork egg rolls, both of which came out piping hot and delicious. For dinner I ordered the combination lo mein, and she got General Tso's chicken, and both were very fresh, and again, delicious. We had enough to take home for lunch too. I would definitely recommend this place for very good Chinese food.“

“This is a shout out to AJ at the corporate office for taking care of me today. Our family has been eating at El Toro for many years. We love their food and service. Today I called about some confusion on points earned with their new rewards system. I just knew I was owed more points. I had a call back from AJ at the corporate office on a Saturday when he wasn't at work just to help me out. Turns out I misunderstood the points due to having earned a reward and the system not showing all the transactions. Not only was he extremely patient and kind and figured out what was going on, he still gave me extra points for my trouble. That is excellent customer service.“

“We ordered the beef with mixed vegetables. You have the option to make any dish spicy. Very delicious. The fried rice was ok but it did need more salt and flavor. The chow mein was perfect, though. We also oredered the seafood noodles with veggies. It was good but again, it needed more salt and a little more flavor. We were expecting a small bowl but we ended up getting a bathtub of a bowl lol!

“A Baytown staple and for good reason. The food is delicious, the prices are super affordable, and they throw in cheese sauce with every meal which is a huge plus. Open as early as 5AM too which is perfect if you're craving a solid breakfast before work.

Drive-through is available which is convenient, and the family friendly vibe makes it a great all-around spot. Service can be inconsistent depending on who you get, but the food stays consistent. Worth it. 🌮🧀🤠“

“If you have allergies, specify specifically that you have an allergy and not to serve it at to that diner. Otherwise the request won’t be honored. Example-no lemons at all. Said it a few times but didn’t specify allergy. Not only did a lemon come on the fish, but the request was not on the ticket either. My mistake.“

“I've been wanting to try this place out for some time; so I stopped by on my way home this evening for a nice, relaxing, solo dinner.

I intially wanted to try the new york strip & crabcake, but they were out of the strip (too popular), so I opted for the smoked short ribs birria & the butternut cream squash soup w/ a glass of red blend 🍷.

The birria was delicious & the meat was tender, but needed some spice, so I asked/received the bottle of cholula- topped it right off!

The soup was A-mazing, creamy, savory, w/ some sweetness & it had pieces of grilled squash in it. 🤌🏽💋

Poached pear dessert was not my favorite (pic not included, b/c I didn't finish)- the earl grey that the pears were soaked in were just a bit too overpowering.

“Home of the giant burrito, this thing come wrapped in a paper plate just to support its weight. (It's close to 2lbs) I've been going here for years, they never miss. Open that door, smell that grill and you know it's something special. There is no place to sit and eat, so just pick one up and head to park or home or devour it like an animal in your car. All options are acceptable.
My favorite is the beef with an extra salsa.“
