“It’s consistently good hot pizza. It is usually ready when they say it will be for pickup.

If they mess up, which is rarely, they always fix it. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

The hot honey pepperoni is a favorite around here.

I love their thin crust it’s cracker thin like Domino’s but so much better! It’s so flaky and crunchy even under the toppings of a Deluxe, but not oily or greasy like Domino’s is. This is the only pizza that doesn’t hurt my stomach. I ate several pieces and had clean hands, no greasy fingers.

The topping are so fresh (except the mushrooms which are canned/jarred but I don’t mind it) and they add a ton of them, you really get your money worth.

The employees actually make the pizza with care which is so hard to find anymore. We ordered a pepperoni with half jalapeños and half mushrooms and they kept that line between the two sides tight, they didn’t just sling toppings, they used care and they didn’t just add 4 per side like Dominos would’ve, they added so many!

This is our family favorite pizza now.“

“I come here very frequently and usually they are busy during the dinner hours even when they are busy the staff is very accommodating and apologetic about the wait. I'd rather this store than any other in the franchise and places like bucks, Domino's, Pizza Hut and others.“

“Placed a mobile order and as I was coming to pick it up, my blood sugar randomly bottomed out! Got here and my pizza wasn’t out of the oven yet but the manager noticed something was wrong and asked if I was okay! When I told him, he told me to take a cake and go sit down. I tried to pay for it and he wouldn’t let me. And as usual, the food is the bomb! My pizza wasn’t perfect!“

The toppings, noticeably, out of the oven, were perfectly cooked. The thin crust for all 4 pizzas was rewardingly crunchy and golden brown.This Dominoes is well worth the money spent, with the 2 topping medium pizza deals. It is especially convenient to Chevron off I-10 in the Cove Baytown area.“

“THIS PLACE KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered lunch for an entire office of people - 17 pizzas - to be delivered the following day. The website reloaded as I was trying to place my order, and I failed to check and make sure that the delivery date & time was what I intended it to be. Embarrassingly, the delivery date & time reset to ASAP, and Chris showed up at my office 45 minutes later with 17 pizzas that I didn't need until...the next day. He was incredible. He was apologetic about the website, understanding of the mistake, and in general extremely cool. I called around and found a local school to donate the pizzas to and he even delivered them there for me. ON TOP OF THAT - This Pizza Hut remade all 17 pizzas NO CHARGE for the day that I intended. Every single person I interacted with during this situation was kind, understanding, and even though, technically, I made the error, they made it right. I am so grateful to them, it is so refreshing to have an absolutely 5-star customer service experience. Great job, and thank you!!“

“I've actually eaten here several times in the last two years. I'm usually so hungry, I forget to take pics and do a review, most of my visits to this location was because I had family in the hospital and they wanted something other than hospital food.I've never been disappointed with them until yesterday. Let me explain: The food was great but the young lady that used to work the drive thru wasn't there, and the guy that took her place, although he wasn't rude, he also wasn't as friendly. He was in work mode though and as an ex supervisor, I would of been proud of him for that.As an aging, disabled woman, who doesn't get out of the house much, I enjoy getting to know people, when I do. So, a little disappointed with the lack of conversation before my food was ready. The last girl, who worked the drive thru, she was in her early twenties, had just moved in with her new beaux, had a bandage wrapped around her hand from a third degree burn she got from work. So she talked to me about the hospital and was genuinely interested in getting to know me too. That was nice, since I have a daughter her age.The only other thing I was disappointed with was when I got home and opened the bag, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The sandwich tasted great as usual, once I pulled it out of that wrapper, which reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so it made me start coughing. That's never fun. Other than that, the turkey bacon club was delicious, the tea was excellent and the jalapeno chips were awesome! ??I've never eaten inside this location, so I couldn't tell you many facts about it, but when I drive by the windows, it looks very clean inside.As hot as it gets in Texas, it's rare to find a restaurant, with good tea that hasn't soured. So a good, cold glass of tea, was what keeps me coming back to this location.I do wish they had one closer to my house. Both Schlotzsky's near me are over 10 miles from where I live. That don't sound like much, but in Houston traffic, 10 miles could take 45 minutes to drive. It literally took me an hour and 12 minutes to get there and back. Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking and a ramp to get up the sidewalk. I don't recall seeing automatic doors, so it would be advisable to bring someone with you to open the door, if you're in a wheelchair.“

“I had never been to a schlotzsky's in my life. As a truck driver, I wanted something different from the regular food options available. I ordered a large chicken sandwich, I figured it would last me 2 days. Not too bad a price for a 2 day meal. I eat like a bird, so it may even last 4. since the holiday was a week away, I'm already over ham.

There was a wonderfully friendly and informative young woman working at the counter, I asked for her recommendation. When I told her what I don't eat, she suggested the chicken sandwich. I made it my own way, given the fact that I'm a very picky bird. It was phenomenal! The only thing I thought might be an issue would have been the bread as I don't like corn bread. But it turns out even that was no problem.

I will definitely return to a schlotzsky's somewhere, even if I never make it back out to this one again.“
