“Before the new owner came in, Omar, I was having so many issues with getting the correct pizza, 3 times to be exact they messed it up. I finally sent an email with feedback and Omar the new owner responded promptly. He was super nice and offered to take care of me. That was in June 2025 and I just finally went in again in September and remembered our conversation and took care of me. Go in and say hi to the new staff and owner Omar, he is a great guy and my food was correct and delicious!!!“

“I have been buying from this Papa John's location in Kingwood for the past 7 years, and I am always blown away by the quality of their pizza everytime. The staff are friendly and the service is always quick. The pizza had the perfect balance of cheese, sauce, and toppings, and the crust was just the right amount of crispy. I highly recommend the Kingwood Papa John's to anyone in the area looking for delicious pizza that satisfies every time. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!“
